Na jedno.přespání ano, na delší pobyt rozhodně ne.
Majitel a poloha apartmánu - oboje na jedničku.
Nefunkčni rychlovarná konvice, chybějící mrazák u ledničky, internet (rychlost a výpadky). Nejhorší však byl zápach v koupelně (pravděpodoně odpad) - jeden den se to dalo vydržet, při delším pobytu nikoliv.

Great location across the street from the lake, and walking distance to restaurants and the market. Spacious apartment right on the river, with a great balcony!

Przyjemny wypoczynek nad jeziorem Bled
Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany apartament - prawie przy samym jeziorze i sklepie! Przestronna przestrzeń (duży salon z aneksem, łazienka, toaleta, sypialnia i balkon) pozwoliła nam na udany odpoczynek po podróży. Dostaliśmy również mały podarunek od Właściciela w postaci słoiczka miodu.
Drzwi do apartamentu trzeba było za każdym razem zakluczyć gdyż nie wystarczyło ich po prostu zamknąć z powodu usterki w zamku.

Disappointing
Location was very good and close to the lake. Good restaurants and a grocery store near by.
There is construction debris, trash and old appliances around the property. The floors were dirty. AC drains directly on to the deck, dripping and keeping it wet. Coffee maker craft was broken. Bathroom toilet seat was broken and I had to fix it. Mold and mildew in the bathrooms. Master bedroom window is broken, with paper stuck in between the window and the sill. Back door leading to the balcony over the creek is broken. The only way to close it is by using the lock. The latch does not function. Barking dog. In general a lot of deferred maintenance throughout and “hack” fixes to broken items.

Place to stay if you dont mind spending time negotiating with the host
Great location. No big issue with the apartment itself. Free parking in front of the building. ❗️Reply to the property's response: (wrote on 30th Aug 2023) Since I've reached the word limit in the section below I can only write in this section. The host is trying to talk black into white. I've also attached my chat with the host as evidence of what I wrote. ✘ I didn't complain about the check-in instructions at all. However, since you mentioned, I would like to clarify it. I believe that as a guest I can still ask questions about the instructions even though it's clear. But when I called you that day, you replied with a bad attitude. ✘ I never said I would be at the apartment at 17. In the app, I requested check-in between 14:00 and 15:00 and you didn't say anything about the documents beforehand. ✘ I understood the circumstances that you don't live in Bled and the roads were closed, so I agreed to meet the next day. I didn't complain about this at all. It's not my fault as well. you shouldn't blame me for it when you met me on the next day. ✘ For the city tax, I swear that I never ever say that I don't want to pay. I only asked you how much is it and if I could pay by card. ✘ I didn't ask for an extra bill. I asked for "one" bill with both the stay and the city tax. I paid for it and in Booking's regulations, guests have the right to ask for an invoice. I don't understand what's wrong with asking for it. ✘ Lastly, you're not professional at all. I try to be nice when I meet you but I only see the bad manner you have shown toward me. Please be polite and don't lie about what has happened. ✘ Also, I'm not Chinese but Taiwanese.
The check-in was a disaster. ✘ I requested the check-in time 2 months before the stay. The host replied "No problem to check in at the time you ask. Just call me 1 hour before coming." ✘ On the day, I sent two messages before arrival, at 13:00 and 15:00, informing we would arrive around 15:20. The host replied "Park on the right side. I will come at 17:00 when other guests will come." along with check-in instructions. I understood this as he was just telling me I could meet him at 17:00 if I wanted to. ✘ When we arrived, there was already a car parked at where he asked us to park so we had no choice but to park on the left side, which was the only spot left there. I took the key, entered the apartment then went out to have afternoon tea as we had planned already. ✘ At 17:00, he messaged saying he was waiting at the apartment to check my documents. I didn't expect this at all because he didn't say anything about meeting in person or checking documents beforehand. I told him that we were at the restaurant. We tried our best to get back to the apartment at 18:00. He replied coming at 19:00 but then said that the traffic was really bad so would come tomorrow morning at 9 AM. We had early plans booked to visit the Vintgar Gorge at 7 AM so I discussed meeting in the afternoon. ✘ The next day, he came and met us. He blamed me that he would be fined because he couldn't send our documents to the police within 24 hours. He said he usually gives a tour of the apartment but he couldn't because we were not showing up. He also blamed us for parking at the wrong place so he was being complained by other guests. I tried to explain but he interrupted me saying he had a CCTV. I gave up.....I shut my mouth and handed him our passports. He left after scanning. Although things are finally sorted out, the experience was extremely bad. He was not organised and messed up our travel plans. By the way, the fridge was not working.

Superb
Unbelievable location (the best we've stayed at) close to the lake, a supermarket, restaurants and boat hire. Very comfortable for a family of three (and would have been for more) 2 toilets and showers. Stunning balcony and view, comfy beds, clean and plenty of equipment. No oven but a good job, fridge and freezer. Parking was small for modern cars but the owner helpfully had a place just down the road so it didn't matter, he also had some honey from his bees for us 😊.

Very poor
The lake and surroundings is very nice!
We were not satisfied with the accommodation. The approach to the owner was unpleasant. The first problem was that we have a dog. On the booking there were an option to accomodate with dog. However, we could not cancel the reservation free of charge. The room designed for 4 people was cramped, and not at all for 4 people. Not one adult can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed, but a child at most. The buckle inside the tank was completely moldy, I had to scrub it to be able to use it. Throws over the sofa are spun, not washed. We have never stayed in worse accommodation. View from apartment wasn't to the lake! We rent apartments ourselves,,, we try to keep everything perfectly clean, I hope the owner will take this remark to heart and improve the cleanliness 🙏…
