5 of 8 sunbeds broken & dirty. Pool Table unusable. Broken chair, shower & both parasols. TV not as stated No games consoles. No toiletries as stated. Electrics not safe.

If you spend alot of time outside on holidays, this is the villa for you. The outdoor space was amazing, so much room, beautiful seating area, canopies when required when very hot and lots of sunbeds

The house and space inside and out was perfect. The only thing I didnt like (and it's only a small thing!) was the location. We had a car, which is a must, but on a few occasions, we wanted to stay a bit later in town and 3 out of 4 taxis we used would not bring us all the way to the villa and we had to walk up the hill part of the way. Saying that, this is really a small issue and wouldn't affect me wanting to return again to this beautiful house.

Lovely views out to sea, beautiful large shady patio area (retractable shades) with great eating space. Super pool which we loved. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Helpful host who kindly met us on arrival - we would never have found the villa otherwise!

Bathroom number 2 could do with an upgrade to match smart bathroom number 1 as it is a little tired, especially the shower cubicle. You can hear the motorway but after the first night we didnt notice it anymore and it doesnt impact on the views from the patio or the pleasure of being outside there.

We liked everything at this villa. The outside space was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

We felt there should have been some instructions. ie where to put the rubbish. It was at least a mile to dump it. We didn't mind that. Only we didn't know. Also been two 70yr olds we struggled to conect the TV to internet. There is also a motorway runs right by the house. You cannot see it. And to be honest it didn't bother us. And wouldn't stop us going back.

Great place, great value. nicely situated with some (distant) sea views. Loved the spacious layout of the property - an outdoor kitchen/grill area, a pool area enclosed by a fence( safe for children) and a terrace by the house itself. The check-in process was smooth, place was clean and well-equipped.

The house is nicely situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road of the village and offers lots of privacy (pretty much walled all around). However, highway A7 runs right beside it and is noisy. We stayed during covid when a 10pm-6am curfew minimized traffic noise during the night, but it’s definitely noticeable and should be taken into consideration when deciding on a property. Other than this, and possibly the lack of heating in the pool in winter (very chilly!)- a lovely place!

The house was super clean, and it was better than expected. The swimming pool is bigger than it looks. Someone would come to check and clean it every morning. A very quiet place perfect to go with the family!

There isn’t any near by waste bins, so you have to bring the rubbish with you in the car and throw it in the town. Not a big deal but you have to make sure that you do it periodically, you don’t want smelly or leaking rubbish in the car!

We liked everything: The view of the sea, the pool and patio, the house itself. It is quite close to Nerja and Frigiliana.
