Very spacious, large bedrooms with ensuites. An amazing all rounder for large families
We had an amazing stay at this holiday home and would recommend this to any families wanting to get together. It has really large bedrooms with ensuites in every room allowing that extra space to have a relaxing time. The beds are really comfortable, and the host was extremely accommodating in organising our stay to our requests. It is an all round great place to large enough to host big families in doors and out. A walk across the street and you are on the beach, could not have asked for more. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and mini get away. Having a bath at the property would be advantageous especially with young kids and babies. Overall amazing stay and would love to visit there again.

Beachside Holiday
My family had a great 4 day long weekend. The property was everything that it promised to be. Large bedrooms with individual en-suites. Well equipped kitchen. Separate living/lounge areas and 2 outdoor areas, so even with 8 everyone had somewhere to go without being crowded. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Sophie.
We left some belongings behind, and Sophie was very accommodating to arranging to get them returned within a few days.
Tips for an improved stay - a pod coffee machine.
A Smart TV so we can watch Kayo/ Netflix etc
A larger or second fridge for drinks - with 8 people saying, the fridge was full - we had to use esky's to keep our drinks cold.

Family beachside stay
There are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms showers in each room. There is also an area downstairs with h 3 sofa beds with common bathroom shower for the downstairs area. There are soaps in each bathroom shower but no shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen is sort of equipped but the quality of the pots and pans are not good. The beach is a very short walk away and is beautiful and calm. However, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the experience.

Nice big house with an ocean view
Would have loved bigger bath towels and a 2 toilet rolls in each bathroom.
Beds were comfortable and the guests need to be told about the hot water system at the start.

Great holiday home
This is the best large holiday home we have stayed at. Every bedroom has their own bathroom and there is lots of space both inside and out to use. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and has everything you need. Special mention to Sophie who was so helpful with any queries that we had. We will definitely look at booking this house again!

Lovely large home opposite the beach
We all enjoyed our mini break over the weekend. The home had bathrooms for each of the four bedrooms upstairs and a fifth room could be used as an extra bedroom, making use of the bathroom downstairs. We enjoyed all of the lovely beaches stretched along the coast (accessible across the road. Sonia was very thorough and accomodating. Thank you 😊

An absolute pleasure staying at Sophie's house. The location is amazing as it was across the road from the beach. The house itself is awesome with each bedroom having an ensuite, making it convenient for our extended family to stay. A great experience overall.

Refreshing and rejuvenating beachside getaway
School holiday weekend with niblings (3 infants, 2 toddlers and a 6yo)- could not have asked for a better venue. Can not express gratitude for expansive room sizes, each with own ensuite, so we're not in each other's space, pretty incredible sound proofing from infant cries in the night, warm blankets, heaters, cozy and comfortable blankets pillows, everything accounted for so don't need to pack too much (towels, basic pantry needs, lots of different games and dvds/games for the kids, outdoor setting with view of ocean for sunset watching)
Owner is wonderful to deal with, friendly, quick to respond and accommodating to our needs and queries.
Overall, a gorgeous house, spacious and clean and perfect for large group getaways. Great location, close to lots of nearby activities - took the kids who don't enjoy long car rides- to nearby train rides, canal cruise, amaze miniature park, but the best thing was to just stay at the place altogether with good food and good company, and have a good rest at home

Golf Tour 2020
We headed to Mandurah and Halls Head for our annual golf tour this year. I was tasked with finding our accommodation and found this property after a little bit of searching. The house easily met our needs with plenty of room for 6 old fellas to spread out and not be in each others way but still able to sit around and do plenty of talking about the days golf exploits. The house is well fitted out out all the essential items for cooking up a feed or just having a relax with a beer or wine. The location is great, just back from the beach (50m) and not too far from a nice cafe and the local shops. Our host, Sophie, has been great to deal with from the moment I first booked. I would recommend Sophie and her house to anyone heading to the Peel region for a break.

Holiday rental Halls Head
I organized a family reunion with eleven of my family flying from NSW to WA. The rental property was ideal with five bathrooms. Plenty of room with various living areas. Sophie the property manager was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. Beds were comfy with air conditioning in each room. Am more than happy with my choice of rental and would gladly give my recommendation for this property.

Murray Cup golf weekend.
In our 23rd year this was up there with the best. House was great. The space for the kitchen, lounge, dining worked really well. Big enough to not feel cramped but not so big you lost the feel of being together. Sophie was super easy to deal with and we felt comfortable before we even arrived. The photos presented a place and view a bit better than what we got but that was gotten over pretty quickly and it ain't bad, at all. Nice place. We worked with 5 bedrooms for 8 guys so had a few sharing. The 5th bedroom is a bit 'make do' but it worked fine. More than comfortable. Good BBQ. Plenty of space for the clubs and a kayak.

A well maintained, fully provided and clean property with spacious living areas and awesome views.
The owner - Sophie personally followed up and made sure all guests had settled in well. My overseas guests were very impressed with the beautiful and well kept home each bedroom having it's own personal ensuite - very rare to find. Also the pantry was well stocked although we had brought along our own provisions. We had a great holiday over the 3 nights and days and will surely recommend this property to family and friends. And of course, my wife and I will be back sometime. Thank you Sophie. Well done and keep up the excellent standard.

Wonderful Stay with Family at Halls Head!
We travelled from Canada where we booked our stay at the Halls Head Residence sight unseen and were more than pleased. There were three couples and our 92 yr old mother. It was wonderful to each have our own bedrooms and bathrooms (within the rooms). The bedrooms and bathrooms we all very large and comfortable. Patio areas were huge, lots of seating and beautiful views, as was the dining area. It was very well appointed, the kitchen had everything one would need. We were not in need of any anything. Sophie was wonderful and very accommodating, Always available and offering alternatives if required to accommodate our mother. The beach was a very short walk across the street. Beautiful beach and a swimming area available. There’s a Dome coffee establishment down the street which made for Great morning walks, lattes and a free daily news paper to take home. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It’s so spacious, lots of parking and good access to everything. It’s a short drive into the town of Mandurah (not sure if there was bus service or not). We highly recommend the house at Halls Head. Will definitely stay there again!

A "home away from home" to share with up to 12 people in absolute comfort!
What a pleasurable experience - from dealing with Sophie for the booking to the actual house which was IMMACULATE in cleanliness, loads of SPACE and well positioned in the area (across the road from the beach for swimming).
The house had EVERYTHING you need, including a welcome pack of chocolates, snacks, toiletries, cleaning products and so on - just like you're at home.
Things were labelled (cupboards in kitchen etc.) and very well organised (including BBQ (which was also super clean)) such as the dining table with place mats, couches, dish washer, DVDs and even a place for a heap of brochures on what to do in the area.
Each bedroom (4) had its own ensuite of shower/toilet and bedding can be configured to suit your needs - we had 2 families staying, so a room each for both parents then 2 rooms for the kids.
Views of the ocean from a couple of the bedrooms and the outdoor sitting area at the front of the house.
Double lockup garage with power door and a well laid out house - bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs.
Aircond/heating everywhere as well as great ventilation with loads of flyscreened windows and vertical blinds for privacy.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, feeling comfortable within minutes of moving into the house and didn't want to leave!
Whatever you're booking for I'd highly recommend you take time to check out the brochures laid out in the house as you'll be surprised as to what the area/region has to offer - apart from the beach for swimming, fishing and even legal 4wd driving nearby there are areas such as Dwellingup that are a great day adventure!
Thanks again to Sophie for providing a great experience in Perth's backyard (Mandurah) that is nice and close to everything (no need to drive "down south" for hours) with Perth, CBD only 45mins away and surrounding country towns, wineries, restaurants, parks, natural flora and forna, sire seeing, bush walks etc. etc. - a great location.

There were 10 ladies having a couple of days together for friends 60th birthday!! Could not have found a better place to stay !! Sophie was a pleasure to deal with keeping us informed 100% !!! Fabulous Property

We had a great family Christmas at Beachside Getaway with 8 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook Christmas lunch. Great property across the road from the beach and walking distance to the Dome. The house was clean with a nice fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms making it great for a large group.
The house also had good security including a lock up car port.

The house was perfect for our stay as it was large enough to accommodate 10 of us. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was great. The host Sophie was very helpful and answered emails quickly. She was also easily contactable at any time.
