Nothing pool was dirty
To small to accommodate 4 guests can barely fit 2 people on the varenda the whole house shakes when someone is walking through I would not recommend this property

it was close to the beach
Be aware that the access is up a really steep drive. there are no steps up to the property from the street and no handrail which makes it hard to access if you are carrying cases, young children, have any injuries or if it is raining as it is very slippery. The taxi driver was reluctant to drive up as he was concerned about damaging the underside of his car. This is not mentioned in the property description or shown in the photos which it should be. I complained to the owner and her response was that she was sorry I was not familiar with the area ( which I am ) as it is in a bowl. The emphasis seemed to be on me to know their property not for them to accurately advertise it. I asked her to update her listing so others would not have the issues I had but this hasn’t happened. I also complained to Booking.com but the owner would not give any money back and Booking.com took no action. I feel I was completely misled and it totally ruined my holiday as I have a knee injury and found it very hard to access the property. Would not recommend

Location and proximity to the beach was excellent.
The unit is at the top of a very steep driveway. This is not referenced anywhere in the property description. Both the steps and driveway were very slippery. My wife is 7 months pregnant, our friends who joined us had a 4 month old. Neither of the familes felt safe on either the driveway or the stairs. It is the responsibility of the hosts to make this challenging access clear in the property descpription. The property, fixtures and fittings were dated.

Condiments in the kitchen
Driveway was VERY steep, slippery and long. A member of our party has some mobility issues (can walk on flat ground and slight hills with little to no issue but not up that driveway) so we had to always leave a car at the bottom and drive her up. After parking, the last concrete section to the stairs was green and slippery and quite steep. The timber stairs after some rain were also slippery. It was a concern that my wife would have a fall on the driveway or stairs. Accessibility (or lack thereof) was not outlined in the booking blurb. Anyone with serious mobility restrictions should avoid this property.
Some other issues are as follows:
Rotting boards on the balcony. Very dangerous.
Dim lighting in the lounge room.
Damp smell/ feeling throughout the apartment.
Mould on the ceiling in the lounge/dining/kitchen
Dirty and stained lounge
Steep, long slippery driveway.
Green covered steep concrete from car to stairs - slippery and dangerous.
Slippery stirs and parts of timber starting to rot.

Clean and well stocked.
A bit noisy. Possums on the roof scared us, very loud.
The driveway is very hard to go up if you are elderly or have knee problems.
