Spacious kitchen and living room for us to cook and play card games

I’m not sure where but the water was leaking in the bathroom. Every time someone finished taking the bath, there was water all over the floor.

The location was OK. The ability to travel to outer towns was easy. The quiet was good. The scenery of the trees was naturely beautiful.

The locassion on a hill and have to drive down steep paths, was not pleasant. The storm over night with tree's bending with the wind and rain making paths slippery

the steepness of the access to accommodation the water from the shower was not contained but ran over the floor

there was a bowling club and a pub next door and the property was very central to a few beaches

the stairs leading to the room were a bit precarious for someone my age

Swimming pool not that well kept - needs rail down steps to water

Our room was close to the hotel that was a bonus and very nice bar staff

I don't like a soft pillow and that's what we had to sleep on

The staff were nice and the rooms clean. also lots of greenery and nice surroundings. but the bistro was by far the highlight. very good food at a reasonable price and excellent service.

The tennis court was run down - the back tennis court not playable. our rooms were bare boned. our room was really far from the bbq facilities. which made it difficult.

We brought our own breakfast.

No railings to get into the pool. No hairdryer to use. Bed just okay. Maybe should have a microwave.

Avoca Beach hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We choose it based on the pricing, but it has so much more to offer. Not only was it a great value for money but the beautiful nature / garden was amazing, the new furniture in our villa was a pleasant bonus and we truly enjoyed the whole experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I world highly recommended this place for a family stay. Kids loves two pools. One pool was conveniently located right next to our villa. We loved the food at breakfast at the little caffe at the reception. The menu had so many exciting choices. We spent some time at the pub and listened to the live music on Friday night. It was fun!

Pub food was ok but nit the best. The whole put atmosphere was lovely though.

Beautiful location. Quick drive to the beach.

Room had a strong damp smell and needed a thorough airing. Main entrance is a bit of a blind spot.

The setting of the property is beautiful, the wildlife that you see is amazing and the staff so friendly
