The apartment was really nice, warm and cozy, very comfortable bed, nice tv and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to cook including oil, spices, pans, cutlery. We definitely recommend this place, it was really awesome and very, very clean, with nice view from the kitchen windows.

The linen of the bed and pillow doesn’t smell fresh. It smells stale and gives a feeling that it was used by someone previously.

The perfect flat that exceeds expectations! The location is great and easy to find. The interior of the flat is very modern with lots of lovely touches. The whole flat has a good size and is very well equipped. Travellers can do their laundry and cook their meals here.

The entrance to apartment was at back of the house so it required you to go through a narrow path that was not paved or covered. So we had cannot just roll but have to carry our heavy luggages and in the rain cos it was drizzling the day we arrived, to get to entrance.

Check-in was easy. Entrance is at the back of the property and you press a code to get your keys from the keybox. There is a foyer where you can hang your jackets. Very clean and very comfortable bed in the bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. They even provide paper towels.

Having a bed in front of the bathroom door was a little weird. There is a door (with a translucent glass pane) in the bedroom that leads to the laundry room. There is a washing machine but no dryer. Living room was not warm despite having 2 heaters. Had to move a few artifacts to bring down the blinds in the living room.

The apartment was very cozy, great location and has everything you might need. We cooked dinner and washed our clothes which was very handy! Great communication with the host. We wanted to book for more nights, but unfortunately it was not available and I can see why. I would definitely book again if we to come back to Akureyri
