It was wonderful. Holly and Chris were attentive to our needs, anything we asked for was provided immediately. We even brought my cousin's grandkids out to see Dixie (the horse) and the chickens, bunnies and turkey. They loved it!! I would highly recommend Muletown Farm, it is a beautiful property, a lot of history and very relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay in Dixie’s Cabin! So peaceful especially sitting in the rocking chairs & around the fire pit! The cabin was immaculate! I highly recommend this cabin when in the Columbia area!

Very comfortable, beautiful surroundings!

A great piece of property. There are actually three houses all clustered together, which would be great for a gathering of friends or family. Our bed was comfortable. The property was clean. Great communication with the owner. I would definitely go there again without hesitation.

The cabin was perfect for us. We particularly enjoyed being right next to the horse corral where we could feed Dixie (the neighborhood horse) and enjoy her company. Or favorite thing was sitting by the large firepit.

Perfect in every way! We enjoyed the farm, hostess/host, homemade jam, and uniqueness of the property! Believe me when I say, “words can’t describe how perfect this place is!” It’s truly God’s country! We will return in December! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We loved the farm vibe. Horses chickens and kittens. Our cabin was so cute furnished nicely and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the property with our dog. Our daughter and family stayed in the house. It was very nice too. We enjoyed talking to Chris the owner he was very nice and welcoming. Would love to visit again.

Sitting in your rocker on the porch watching the horses grazing and the sun going down and the the fireflies come out—well, these are the most peaceful activities of all. We loved our stay at Muletown Farm in Dixie’s cabin. It is one of the nicest cabins we have ever been lucky enough to find. We enjoyed exploring Columbia and eating Southern breakfasts with Annie's eggs. Chris and Holly are lovely hosts; thank you! We will be back.

We love Muletown Farm. It’s such a fantastic alternative to the hotels in Columbia. We stay in Columbia for many softball tournaments and Muletown Farm is much more relaxing and such a family friendly alternative. Chris and Holly were wonderful hosts and so friendly.

First of all this place is adorable! We stayed in Dixie's cabin. Very clean and nice inside and out. It was convenient to everywhere in Columbia but made you feel like you were far away from the city too. Holly was super fast to respond to messages and Chris so kindly let me meet Charlie and Lucy Brown, the doodles on the farm. I didn't have my own dogs and I'm always happy to love on someone else's dogs when I can lol. Dixie and Lucky greeted us and also the sweet chickens talked away. We had beautiful evenings for sitting on the porch too. We stayed because we were going to Rory Feek's place for the Homestead Festival and it was an easy 30 minute drive and perfect for people who love the quiet farm life anyways. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Quaint, historic and beautiful. My sibling and family stayed at two locations on the property- we easily visited each other and enjoyed the animals, fire pits and energy of Muletown Farm.

Interesting use of older building.

We came to visit family and we enjoyed Dixie's Cottage very much! After a very long drive from Vermont, the peace and beauty of Muletown Farm was just what we needed. A big plus was being able to bring our dog. She loved greeting all the other animals especially Lucky the horse who visited us nearly every day! The cottage was perfect for our needs and we'd love to stay again! Thank you!

Chris was an exceptional host, friendly and available if needed. His calm attitude is reflected in Dixie’s cabin and the surroundings. We enjoyed the location, close enough to town, at the same time, a world away. The history of the farm, and its future are exciting. Thank you for the wonderful stay and Annie’s goodies.

The pictures accurately describe this property. It was cute, comfortable, and clean. Location is good, just a couple of miles out of town, but has easy access. A wonderful Mexican restaurant is the closest and it was terrific. Our stay was brief, but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the horses made it quite memorable. Only downside is if you want to sleep late... the rooster will tell you it's morning. Would stay here again.

The cabin was clean and spacious, and the location was ideal. Everything was true as advertised, the pictures and the description. Can't wait to try out the other cabin sometime too.

Perfect for a weekend getaway in middle TN. Close enough to the fun things the area has to offer but far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and relaxing. Cabin was great with great amenities.

This was a cute small cabin, perfect for a couple. The farm where it is located was very peaceful and a lovely place to stay. Family was able to stay in another rental on the same property, which was perfect for us as we were in town for a wedding.

What an amazing 4 nights in Dixie's Cabin. The setting is ideal--countrified but chic. Your neighbors are 2 gorgeous extroverted horses who adore 🍎 (bring them LOTS!). Holly is a dream of a communicator---and her property is a dream. Perfect stay!! 🥰

This is now the second time we have stayed. I just love it. So peaceful. I love the fact that I woke up to the horses begging for treats. Close to our friends also. It's just great.
