The apartment has a good view, a useful mezzanine level, and a spacious bathroom. Easy check-in.

The pillows were too soft and small. Kitchen cabinets were peeling, and one of the drawers was difficult to open and close. Double bed was too small for two persons. Extra bedding would have been welcome to allow for greater flexibility. TV malfunctioned but no support was available despite emailing booking.com and resort. Not enough clothes hanger space to sort out clothes. An iron would have been welcome. It is clear that maintenance of house is minimal and purely for profit-making instead of the famed Japanese hospitality.

It was a very nice facility inside clean and spacious. I like the various streaming systems that they have on the TV.

The staff member that I dealt with was not flexible and customer service oriented. I was traveling from far and requested to have a one hour early check in. They made it very difficult but then agreed with a ¥2000 charge. Also I believe that they should fix the parking in back. There’s a very narrow space And my car was stuck on the uneven pavement

It was absolutely stunning. I stayed here to get a break from mommy duties and this place did not disappoint. It was so relaxing. It’s a short drive to the beaches and very close to Torii station. Grocery stores are close by as well. The bathrooms were immaculate and the view from the living room and upstairs are simply unmatched. I loved my stay there and the host was very pleasant and helpful. It was a great experience and I hope to stay one more time before I leave.

The beds aren’t as comfortable as I would like and the parking was a little scary lol.

Even though it's a self check place, they said they'd charge 2000 yen to come at 2pm rather than 3pm. Every wall is made of glass. Even the toilet! Kind of fun gimmick but it was so hot in the day and so bright in the morning
