intercom doesn't work

Its a nice appartment, owner great and cooerative.

Just mind the parking if you are with the car. Its not realted to the owner nor the appartment itself but we got cap from our front bumper stolen.

it was very quiet and that is what I was looking for. It also had a balcony which I enjoyed. everything you need was there.

Very good location

We were greeted by a lady who showed us to the apartment. The area where the apartment is located is good, shops are very close, within walking distance. Also not far from the subway.

We rented this apartment for two nights. When we arrived they were disappointed. The apartment is good, there is everything you need for living, but very dirty. The apartment is not cleaned. The price does not match the quality.

Very nice and cozy apartment in a great location! A great option for a family with a child staying for 1-2 days. The apartment is on the sixth floor and has everything you need. It is accessible by elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including glasses, plates, pots and pans, and numerous appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, hotplates, microwave, and refrigerator. There were spices, salt, sugar, oil, and so on. You also have an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom has a shower cabin, cleaning supplies, a child's toilet seat, and other amenities. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom for storing clothes and many children's books. There is a sofa bed, cable TV, and a large collection of books on various topics in the living room. There is a terrace and a clothes dryer in the apartment. The apartment's convenient location is a plus. Within a 3-minute walk, there are snacks, grocery stores, Chinese and Greek restaurants, and a children's playground. A large supermarket and another Chinese restaurant are both within a 5-minute walk. A metro stop (G.M. Dimitrov) and Muzeiko are both 15 minutes away. The Arena Armeets hall is a 30-minute walk away. Parking is limited, but you can park along the boulevard downstairs. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly and adequately.

Go to a hotel if you want absolute cleanliness and shine. Otherwise, it's comfortable. It was difficult to find a parking space right next to the entrance. The system for unlocking and locking the entrance, elevator, and apartment wasn't my thing. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, but this is a personal preference.

This is my second stay in the property and it felt like home
