Nice house for our family reunion. House was clean when we arrived. Lots of space to spend time together. The kitchen/dining table was large enough for us all to eat together. Enjoyed the pool table, but there was no chalk for the cue sticks. Kitchen really needs some good pots and pans for a larger group...lots of small ones.
Lake was very nice. Good fishing, swimming and kayaking. Many of the chairs down at the fire pit were broken but we were to leverage the platform by the lake as an alternative.
We would stay here again.

This house and property were great. We had seven people in our party with plenty of room to spread out. The house and property were well maintained. The path to the dock and the shallow water at the dock were great for the kids. We took advantage of the rowboat and kayak. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We were a bit, surprised by all of the rules at the pool and beach (ie. could not dock at beach, eat food at pool and beach) but it’s obviously put in place to keep the properties safe and clean so we can get over that. We would certainly consider staying here again.

My family of 8 adults and 2 children stayed at this property for 6 days. The layout of the house worked well for my family. The living areas on two floors gave us plenty of room to spread out and considering the weather didn't cooperate we were happy to have the space. The covered hot tub was a nice addition and we took full advantage considering we were unable to use the pool due to weather. We did manage to get out on the kayak and paddle boat and did use the firepit/dock area in between the rain drops and it was a great area for all of us. Ray was a very responsive host and addressed our issues immediately. We had a problem with the gas grill and he sent someone out immediately to clean it, but only half the grill lit so that was challenging. While the description of the amenities were accurate, the house seems to be very well used and can use a little TLC. The grill should be replaced and the water and ice in the frig did not work. While Ray had explained that to use ahead of time, it seems that is has been out of commission for sometime. We had an issue with one of the doors not locking properly and and a defective smoke alarm. If you plan to use the property, I would suggest bringing some of your own pillows and beach towels. All in all we had a great time and the property served our purpose but for the cost per night, I believe there could be some upgrades.

The property was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the checkin process was very easy. The host was great with communications. We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was perfect for our group of 13 people! Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Plenty of space for a large group. I would recommend bringing extra linens and possibly extra paper products (TP, paper towels, cleaning wipes) but other than that a perfect choice for a large group. Hot tub is huge, clean, and works well. Fire pit was awesome. So happy with this place!

Staying at Ray’s property was nothing but amazing! The house was very clean, spacious, and has a wonderful view of the lake. Plenty of room for our large group of 12 adults. The view of the lake from the main family room is beautiful. The hot tub and downstairs area was perfect for a large group to have fun. Ray was also super easy going and always answered my questions quickly. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again.

My friends and I had a fantastic New Year’s Eve stay at this house. It was very clean, many amenities, and the host was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

The location and place could be amazing. But the upkeep isn't there. Doors falling off. No screen in windows. Cobwebs everywhere. No ice maker. Microwave didn't work. Only 1 functioning kayak. Overall, a good place to stay, but not for the price.

House was VERY clean and well maintained. Many amenities included and leaving was easy. No unnecessary rules or expectations upon check out.
Ray was extremely easy to work with and was a very strong communicator.

We had an awesome vacation for the 9 of us. This property had plenty of space to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The dock area was great for our over-sized raft and the kayaks were fun. The deer are very tame and ate out of our hands! We will be back!

We stayed here with a party of 14. The house was large enough for our group and we had plenty of space with the two living rooms and kitchens. The house was clean, well stocked and in a perfect location for skiing and water parks. Ray was easy to communicate with and we will definietly stay here again in the future. This property was perfect for our unofficial 5 year college reunion. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and the house had everything we needed for our weekend trip. House was clean, hot tub is huge, lake and fire pit area is a dream. Close to grocery stores and there are two kitchens, a gas grill, and a charcoal grill for all your food needs. Lots of areas to hang out reminisce on the good ol’ days :)

Our group of 15 people had a blast at this property! Our ages ranged from grandparents all the way down to kids and even a 9 month old. There was plenty of room for all! The easy lake access, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating were amazing and used by all of us the entire stay because we had perfect weather all 4 days! We spent tons of time using the kayak, paddle boat, and rowboat on the lake. Carobeth Lake is beautiful… and the sunsets from the dock…. Wow! We saw so many deer and had fun watching the ducks. So many memories were made for our family at this property!

We didn’t want to leave!
Had a great stay at this home. My parents in law, sister in law, husband, and 3 children aging 10 months to 12 years all had a fabulous time. We never even left the house. Swam and had fires near the dock. Relaxed in the hot tub. It was great that Netflix was logged in to watch movies. Board games were provided for entertainment. We loved the fire pit and Nyack! The house had everything we needed. We will return!

Beautiful Lakefront Property
The house was great, the owner was super easy to work with and being lakefront is always the best. The street house is located on is quiet as well. Didn’t leave the house at all…we swam, fished, and relaxed with our family! Thanks Ray!

Beautiful lake view. Great for kids.
We came to the lake house for a mother/ daughter weekend with 5 moms and our 13 year old daughters. A great time was had by all. The house was spacious enough for the girls and the moms to each have their own hang out space. The location was great. We went to the Camelback outdoor water park one day. There really was no need to go anywhere though as there was so much to do in the community. I towed a small trailer with 2 kayaks and 3 paddleboards and we had no problem getting our boats in and out. The owner was great and very responsive to my questions. He even pinged me to tell me when the cleaners were done so we could get in a little early. We all loved the house and property.

Great house and location
My extended family of 15 stay in a different Pocono house every year and this was one of the better ones. Felt very clean and homey. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub (even though the wind chill was -7). Owner was very easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

The house was spacious, the lake front was everything and more than we expected. We were 8 adults and 6 children from ages 3 months to 13 years, and at no time did we feel crowded. Communication with Ray was great, and I would definitely come back again.

Relaxation at its finest
This immaculate property had easy access to the lake, restaurants within 20 min, we all all had a feeling of seclusion both at the house and waters edge
Deer came to rest each night beneath the trees we also saw several bald eagles a raccon and what we think was a weasel!!!! A wonderful and relaxing experience

Great family getaway
Lovely house, great location lake front. We enjoyed boating in the lake. We also rented paddle boards locally. Loved sitting on the dock to read and we hung out at the fire pit at night. Kids loved the hot tub. Owner is nice to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Spring Break with Friends
We loved this house! It's very clean and the property is beautiful. We went with two other families with kids from kindergarten to 8th grade. There was plenty of space for the teenagers to do their own thing...they played pool, they biked to the basketball courts and fished! The littles loved the paddle boat and kayak and everyone loved the hot tub. The firepit is amazing right by the like. Truly beautiful getaway!

Beyond expectations!
We had a brilliant time at Ray's lakeside home! More than enough space to fit 14-16 comfortably with plenty of breakout spaces and activities within the house (it was the coldest thanksgiving in over 100yrs and the house was toasty!). Ray was incredibly responsible and helpful throughout, and the region is great for local activities and shopping. Cannot recommend more!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We stayed here with a group of adults and enjoyed every minute. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Ray was great to work with. He got back to us very quickly with our questions. Not only was the house up to date but the beautiful setting on the lake was spectacular! We would definitely come back and stay :)))

Lake Side Home
Entering Ray’s home in Tobyhanna was like taking a breath of fresh air! The house was in immaculate condition! The attention to detail was above and beyond any we’ve encountered in prior rentals. The house is outfitted in soft grey, white and blue tones which really uplifts one’s mood. There are two kitchens with abundant counter space which are stocked with all sort of useful kitchen items! The house has a washer/dryer so you don’t have to pack a lot!
There are several decks throughout the home which allow you to enjoy the fresh Pocono air throughout the night/day. The pool table downstairs comes in handy as a nighttime activity or in the colder months when one is lazy to drive out! As previously mentioned, there is a separate kitchen downstairs (no stove) which is useful if travelling with multiple families. The house is literally steps away from the beautiful lake and is equipped with two boats. Near the lake, you will find a fire pit as well as funky colorful chairs which you can utilize at night during bonfires. Shop Rite and Rite Aid are a ten minute ride as is Tobyhanna State Park which has a lovely beach/park for kids.
Overall, our stay in Ray’s home truly surpassed our expectations. Clean, on the lake, outfitted with all necessities, there isn’t a negative thing to mention! We hope to return here in the near future!

Home away from home
This house was awesome! Very clean, spacious and updated. The kids ran around the game room while us adults throw back some beers around the pool table. This house has everything to offer and more. The lake was a big bonus as we enjoyed cruising around with the kayak and row boat (which was included with the house). The owner, Ray is flexible with check-in/check-out times as long as it didn't interfere with other scheduled accommodations. We look forward to returning when we plan another trip to the Poconos. Highly recommended.
