We were actually upgraded to a 3 bedroom house which suited our needs much better

Light in bathroom not working and TV remote unresponsive.A few plants at the back door might cheer the place up a little. Minor quibbles !

it wasn’t what was advertised. it wasn’t clean

The property was clean and in a good location. The bed was nice and comfortable and the host was very helpful over the phone when we couldn’t get the key

There was no shampoo or shower gel and the street that the bedroom windows are on is very noisy at nighttime on the weekends

They cheated us, as we've been given a different apartment that is shown at the pictures, worst located and conditioned. Despite they know it in advance, they didn't say a word about the supposed problems with the other apartment. Even when we were there had the decency of an explanation, only given when we claimed.
