This house was perfect for my family of 4.

This beach house has everything you need for your beach vacation. Many of the comforts of home with the convenience of walking to the beach. Our family enjoyed the backyard area also with seating for our family and guests. We also liked having the privacy of a fenced-in backyard. The owners had helpful instructions for check-in and check-out which made the whole process easier. We had a wonderful week!!

David and Cindy's cottage is bright, airy, spotless and well-organized. A very comfortable place to stay and enjoy the spectacular Scarborough beach. Also plenty of room for two adults and four kids. We had a blast, and hope to return!

Would definitely rent here again! Narragansett is our fave place and this sweet little cottage was perfect for our boys:) Sad to go home!

Perfect location to the beach for us. The out door shower was a godsend! The back yard was private and fenced in. We made use of the grill! Convenient location for trips to the store. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We didnt have to bring much, just linens. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Everything needed for a great week at the beach was provided. From the Beach buggy to the beach toys our family was left well equipped to spend hours in the sun and surf. Would definitely come back.

This cottage has all the comforts of home and we had wonderful family time together. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms on the main floor, a kitchen with a dining table alcove, a living room with tv and laundry room on the main floor. The second floor was another bedroom. We loved being so close to the beach ( just 3 blocks away and a very easy walk ). We went to the zoo in Providence, went bird watching at Whale Rock and to Adventureland. We had seafood for dinner at Champlins and breakfast at Medgies. One night we had pizza delivered. In the evening we either walked over to Dad’s Ice Cream for dessert or drove up to Brickley ‘s. The grandchildren loved playing in the enclosed backyard. It is the perfect arrangement for a family vacation.

Great vacation spot to bring the kids. House was very roomy, backyard was big & fenced in. Plenty of stuff to do in the area, short walk to the beach!

This was my first time in Narragansett. I wasn’t too sure of what area I wanted to be in, but this cottage was prime location. Just a quick walk across the street to Scarsboro beach. Close to everything. I could not have lived without the air conditioner, as it was a very hot week. Clean and nicely appointed. It was perfect for the two of us. David was super nice to deal with!

This was the perfect house for our family of 6. Though this house looks small, it was perfect for our family of 6's vacation where we were off each day. The last thing we'd want to do is have a big house to pick up after. It was very clean and decorated as we felt like we were staying at a beach house which was also what we wanted. Location was terrific too. Quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful, private, spacious backyard for family fun. We loved extras provided which we didn't expect such as beach chairs, tow cart, beach towels, corn hole, Owner was wonderful and responsive. This was a terrific house to rent!

My family loved this home! It had plenty of space, very warm and inviting! Perfect size for a beach house! The yard was incredible as was the outdoor shower! The owner provided so many extras with this house, as I never have seen a rental with the house stocked full of everything you would need! This home was so close to the beach and you can see a glimpse of the water from the front deck while enjoying coffee! So relaxing! We loved this home and would love to book this every year! We had an awesome week in this very cute beach house. Easy walk to the beach and the house was stocked with anything we needed including lots of beach chairs and a handy cart to wheel everything down to the beach. Would absolutely stay again.

Small for six people; kitchen fully equipped with all that you would need to prepare meals; one bathroom adequate because of outdoor shower; master bedroom had queen sized bed but no room to dress or make up bed; we had to turn mattress around in order to sleep on bed; nice back yard which included tables/chairs and clean barbeque grill; all types of beach chairs, towels etc. for use; was expecting house to have ocean view from front porch but not so; nice neighborhood; we enjoyed our stay; would recommend for younger families.

What a great house! The location is better than I had imagined. Just pack up your beach gear and head down the road for a short walk to a great beach. Scarborough beach is a fabulous beach with decent waves and great pavilions. The house was the perfect size for our family. The beds are comfy and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is a galley kitchen but perfect for cooking. Had all the cooking utensils we needed. The backyard is a bonus, as it is so big and private. The kids enjoyed going out and playing and I did not have to worry as the yard is fenced on all sides. Nothing more important than the gas grill and the picnic table which were both available. Finally, the outside shower sure makes clean up from the beach much easier. It has both hot and cold water which is great. I would definitely recommend this house and plan on staying again.

Coming from MN and wanting a different summer vacation my family and I ventured out and rented this beach house. The location of the house was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and slept 6 comfortably. We actually could of fit a couple more people on the futon on the screened-in front porch. Very homey feeling. Full kitchen and inside of house is bright and open. The house does have a washing machine.The back yard is fenced and includes a grill which really came in handy on some very hot days. There is an outdoor shower which felt wonderful getting the salt and sand off. This was a big treat for the kids! Showering outside! Once again this house is in a great location. Everything close by. Beach, shopping, restaurants, fresh seafood and ferry to Block Island. My family and I look forward to a return visit.

Awesome location, short stroll to beach, easy walk to local breakfast places, Dunkin donuts, etc. Nicely decorated with all the comforts of home, private fenced yard with grill and picnic area as well as outdoor shower for use after the beach! Coffee on the front porch revealed a wonderful view of the ocean!
