Gorgeous sunrises and relaxing condo! Great area in Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral. Walking distance to several restaurants and a Publix grocery store nearby. Nice family vibe area.

The view was amazing and the location was great. Access to the beach was very convenient and we took advantage of every moment we could on the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a great beach vacation. Management team was great at communicating all through the process.

We had everything we needed. Great view, clean, staff was great. Only thing we had to do was buy our food, everything else was supplied.

We loved our stay! The location is fantastic. Getting around Cape Canaveral was easy. Close to other attractions. We loved coffee on the patio and impromptu walks on the beach. Apartment was very clean. Had almost everything we needed. Beach gear could be refreshed. Umbrella and one of the chairs was pretty rusty. Also loved the pickleball courts!

This was not our first time staying at this condo and it again met all our needs. Was quiet and the beach is unmatched. We love having the pool for the kids who don’t love the ocean swimming as much. The rooms are large and we had lots of space as a young family. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony! Highly recommend

Loved our stay at Cape Wind. Had a wonderful view of the ocean. Watching the cruise ships coming and going. Was able to walk to pier and shopping close by. Also saw a rocket launch from beach out front of condo. Condo met all our needs. Will definitely return to 505.

Very nice unit with great views and easy access to the beach.
A couple of things that could improve: It could use a couple of pans, and the king size bed was way too soft and bouncy for my taste. The couch and the sofa in the living room can use a deep cleaning.

The location was perfect! Shampoo, conditioner and body were supplied. As well as cleaning products. We had a wonderful time and hope to return. Condo was very clean and you can’t bet the view.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The condo was updated, clean and well furnished with everything you would need. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool which was nice. We also appreciated the covered parking area. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Winds. Loved the location. Near to shopping, restaurants and Publix. The listing was just as described and the communication was excellent. You will love the views and easy beach access!

The outside of property was well maintained, it had a nice pool, and great views. Our room was outdated and dirty. It could use a good cleaning and paint.

Great place on the beach!
Fantastic view! Lovely 2 bedroom condo! Perfect for friends to join us to watch Super Bowl! Condo allows us to eat at “home” and great walks on the beach! We will be back!

We loved our stay! We have a three year old and 8 month old and this property was perfect for our family!
Management was friendly, easy to communicate with and went out of there way to ensure our trip was everything we hoped it would be. Special mention to Kelsy who responded right away to emails and checked in to see if we needed anything.
I am sure we will be back for more family vacations in the future!

We stayed for Thanksgiving and coming back for Christmas. This is a beautiful ocean front condo. I highly recommend.

Will Book Again!
Great top floor unit with amazing sunrise views. Very short walk to the beach, with perfect views of ships coming in and out of the port. Management company is incredibly responsive to your needs. We had a defective coffee maker on the first morning and Kelsy replaced it almost immediately. If I could give this experience 10 stars, I would.

Great location & beautiful view!
The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The building is quiet, the beach was not crowded, the pool is very nice, and location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We will definitely stay in unit 505 again!

Perfect Oceanview view
We were extremely pleased with our visit. All of our needs were met. The condo is well equipped with most major items. The TVs were great and we were able to enjoy Netflix. Our host was extremely communicative and fixed a couple of minor items. Location is great close to dining, shopping and great parking as well. We would stay again.

Perfect view and CLEAN!!!!!
This property was incredible! It has a gorgeous view and is just steps from the beach. This condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay including a washer and dryer in the unit. And every thing was so clean. The check in and out process was probably the easiest of all our VRBO experiences. We loved that there weren't signs all over the condo about all the rental procedures. That made it feel just like home. Overall, a beautiful condo and we highly recommend it!

Cape Winds Stay
Had an amazing stay at Cape Winds! Beautiful ocean views that cannot be beat and beach access just steps away! The unit was clean upon arrival with no trace of any previous guests. And with many bonus amenities including a pool, hot tub, and even tennis courts you will not get bored. All Stay in Cocoa Beach employees were a pleasure to work with and ensured my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Can't wait to book through them again!

The condo was very clean and accommodating. Great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Furnishings are in great shape and comfortable - kitchen is well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Getaway
The condo was super clean and decorated really cutely. The view is absolutely fantastic. Way better than the pictures show. And the property owner was an excellent communicator without being a bother. She was extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was updated and in great condition. A nice pool with lots of chairs...short walk to the wide beach. Perfect for our getaway from the cold and snow of home. Would visit again!!
