Perfectly situated.
The lift is out of order.

Great location across the road from the beach, free gated parking, great service, rooms were huge and very clean, room had a fridge and tea/coffee provided, spa room had a beach view, towels for the beach provided, was very quiet when we were there. The bathroom was a great setup, kind of 3 little rooms so it was super easy with more than one person in there. Thank you Linda for all your help!
The elevator wasn’t working and we weren’t aware. A full length mirror is about the only thing not in the room.

It’s location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Car parking was convenient.
Things are a little dated and tired. The lift was out of order during our stay, but we were given a discounted price as a result.

The location couldn't be better. We woke up, walked across the road for a swim, then went back across the road for a great breakfast. We didn't arrive until 11:30pm but that was fine.

Tolles, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr großes Zimmer mit einer Küche. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett. Handtücher & Hygiene Produkte ausreichend.

Old and dated. Gutters rusted out and dropped water and debris onto my hire car from high off the roof, four stories?
Pointed out that their gutters need fixing, but was fobbed off...
Bathroom needs a really deep clean, or renovation, to remove mould and or stains.

My husband an 3 year old little girl got kicked out at 8pm because she was making to much noise in the spa at 8pm. Alex the lady on reception was rude an the kiwi security goes to my husband I think she having a bad day. Well that's not good enough, we drove up from busselton for my surgery so they had no where to go sleeping in a freezing cold car. Would never recommend staying there an also still waiting for a refund.

Very lucky to be given a bigger room than I booked. The staff were also really lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
