Beautiful place. Bird feeders a bonus. Very comfortable and tasteful. Nothing lacking.

We found the apartment just perfect - quiet, beautifully decorated with every comfort provided by the friendly owner. The kitchen is cleverly equipped with every appliance you would need.
We stayed for just 3 nights and it was very helpful to have some essential items provided, not something we have met before. With ample storage it would also be good for longer stays.

We stayed the weekend as we were attending a wedding at Kin House. Jean was am amazing communicator, and helped us sort through some of our plans. It is a roomy spot in a lovely garden.

Jean was very welcoming to her lovely garden annex. It was tastefully furnished, spotless, and the garden is a gem. Highly recommended, it was perfect, thank you Jean.

Living in a garden
I hope you like flowers and birds. The picture of the view out your door provided by your host does not do the garden justice. We liked it so much we put on jackets just so we could eat dinner outside in the garden.
This is by far the best stocked of any VRBO we have been to, better even than a VRBO house we once stayed in. The kitchen has a two-burner inductive cooktop, an oven with convection and conventional heating, a really fancy microwave, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you could possibly want.
The day we arrived there was fresh bread waiting for us, eggs in the fridge, delicious granola, and milk for the granola.
On top of all that, the bed is comfortable, the shower spacious enough for two, and there is a sitting room separate from the bedroom with a small sofa just right for cuddling up and watching TV or eating breakfast.

Nice Garden Appartment.
I can really recommend this appartment, it is suitable for 3 persons, it is spacious enough for a holiday stay. Jean is very caring and it is a pleasure to talk to her. She can also give good recommendations for what to see. Thanks again to Jean for the possibility to stay in this place.

Each time I have visited Chippenham I have stayed in a different B&B. I think I may have finally found one that I would like to return to. It is very clean, quiet and homely. The owner is a lovely lady who welcomed us perfectly. I would certainly recommend this place and give it an A* rating.
