PEACEFUL and UPDATED 2BR/2BA Beach Getaway

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con su propio baño privado. Peaceful is the operative word. I normally opt for beachfront but there was something compelling about this place and I am glad I selected it. I so enjoyed morning coffee (and afternoon cocktails) on the screened, very spacious balcony surrounded by trees. The owner was terrific from our initial contact to the very end of my stay. Everything you need is furnished. Like me, the place is showing some age, but nothing I couldn't overlook. The feel of the 'home' is warm and cozy, and you can tell it is loved by its owner. You will get your exercise going up and down the stairs. The entire complex is quiet, at least when I was there (Jun 2024). It is well located. Easy walk to the beach, and several restaurants.

The check in process was easy and the place was super clean. There were several thoughtful touches for our family like the welcome sign. We loved the privacy of the porch and proximity to the pool. We cooked in several times and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk away and it was close to everything but quiet too. This was our favorite beach trip. Thanks, Elizabeth! We will stay again.

Great location. Can walk to beach, and access biking easily from here. 3rd floor is a bit of a hike, but no one above, so quiet. Liked screened porch area. Not a fan of the tap water, so bought water at grocery store, but that isn’t the owner’s issue :-). Beds were comfortable.

Though just back from the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. A large, screened porch looked out into bird-full treetops. A pleasant path led to the beach and another to Egan's Creek, an area of walking paths. The unit was perfectly and thoughtfully stocked (and the mattress was great!).Elizabeth was accessible and helpful.

This was the perfect place for the weekend I stayed. It's centrally located in Fernandina Beach and within walking distance of a few good places to eat. Everything else we needed was nearby. Everything was as described and we had no problems at all.

Condo was great! 4-5 blocks from beach. Bike rental very close. Nice restaurant at beach access. We biked to Ft Clinch and downtown. It was a lovely get away!

Elizabeth's condo is exactly as depicted in the promo photos. She keeps it as neat as a pin and very well organized. She has helpful hints and suggestions in various folios and some light goodies for her arriving guests. She's responsive and communicative. We enjoyed ourselves.

We were in town to coach a special needs power lifting event. We decided to make a long weekend out of it and wanted a more relaxing place than a hotel. This was it! It was so clean and had everything we needed. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with too.
I highly recommend and would certainly rent again from her.

My mom and I had a short girls trip to the beach and had a great time in this condo. It's an easy, short drive or walk to the beach. We loved the pool - we were there during a quiet time so it was usually just us. The property is beautiful - we saw lots of fantastic birds and felt very relaxed and calm. We love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made our stay that much better. The screened in porch was great, though it was a bit warm for us to use it. Would be fantastic in the cooler months! Elizabeth, the host, was great. She was easy to communicate with, left us some nice welcome treats, and was happy to help us with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great communication and organisation by the host. I do appreciate the host leaving "house rules" book that had local recommendations for kids, eating, and rainy day activities.
Check-in and check-out was smooth and the host provided great communication.
The location was fantastic. One could walk 15 minutes or drive to the beach in 5 minutes. When we drove to the beach, we had no issue with public parking.

We absolutely loved the place. It was very clean, attractive, and well-stocked. The host was in constant communication and very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool, and we drove to several beaches. (We did not try walking since we had chairs and umbrellas. Plus, well, July.) We would certainly book again!

We love Amelia Island and Amelia Landings! This is our 7th time at this complex and this was by far the best condo we have rented. Elizabeth thought of EVERYTHING. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need, the back porch was a delight and the living room and bedrooms were all cozy. Perfect for our family of four! We loved that there were plastic plates and cups for the kids to use. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the back porch. As usual, the pool is great and the access to the greenway is perfect. Thank you!

A 10 minute walk from the front door to the sand. Restaurants close by, which was very nice. Awesome, large, screened-in patio was awesome. Lots of little extras made us feel very welcome. Even over Memorial Day, the entire area was SO quiet. As long as you don't mind walking up to the third floor, you'll love it!

An amazing stay centrally located to everything. The owner was great at communicating and the condo was extremely clean. The condo had everything we needed and more as the owner thought of everything.

To start, Elizabeth is a great host. She answers questions quickly and the condo is equipped with everything you need. If you are active, this is a great location. You are right across the road from the end of the Greenway trail, and a very walkable distance from the beach. Using the trail we biked to Fort Clinch with very traffic. Likewise we were able to connect to the southern bike trail using first avenue. The Greenway trail was perfect for morning runs. The pool is large although unheated. It was warm enough to swim the first week of April. The beach is within walking distance. Despite it’s proximity to so much, this is a very quiet location. We lived in the screened in porch. It is a wonderful set up.

Great location for everything. Good access to biking paths. The condo is decorated nicely and very comfortable. Loved the huge Florida screened porch. It was our favorite spot. Condo had everything and more that we needed, except soap and shampoo for the shower. It is on the 3rd floor so not for the faint of heart. 33 steps. The complex is very peaceful with lots of trees. Would definitely rent again. Very communicative host.
