Solo aléjate de tu porche (¡si te apetece!) y en la arena, a pocos pasos de las cálidas aguas del Golfo de México y fantásticas puestas de sol. No hay escaleras para escalar, simplemente estacione en su garaje privado, gire su maleta unos metros y ¡bienvenido al Paraíso! Acabamos de completar la actualización del condominio con una cocina abierta completamente nueva con gabinetes blancos, encimeras de granito y una cocina de acero inoxidable de tamaño completo, que incluye un refrigerador con máquina de hielo, horno de microondas incorporado, estufa de 5 quemadores y lavaplatos y una barra de desayuno con un taburete de bar! La casa tiene todos los muebles nuevos, incluyendo una cama King en el dormitorio principal privado, sofá cama tamaño queen, 2 televisores de pantalla plana, lavadora / secadora en la unidad, sillas de playa, toallas, ropa de cama y una cocina completamente equipada, que incluye ¡tanto una cafetera como Keurig! ¡Solo trae tu traje de baño!

This cottage is awesome! The bed is fantastic! Always important for a vacation! Well appointed throughout. Step off the porch into the sand and watch the sunset fro the living room - does t get better than that. Owners were very responsive and helpful - checking was a breeze.

We were in Indian Shores for our anniversary. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We had everything that we needed. The bed is extremely comfortable. The beach is right in the back yard. We had a wonderful time!

Was easy to find. Great location had plenty of places to choose from to eat. Grocery stores and pharmacy's just a few minutes away. The beach is just steps away from the back door. Great sunsets and seems to always have a good breeze. The only negative thing I could really say about the place is the water pressure in the bathroom. The two a/c units did a pretty good job of keeping up. It was in the low 90's for the most part. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time. This was our 2nd year staying there. It was very clean. I would highly recommend this place to all that want a peaceful experience with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. 5 stars all around.

This location is one of a kind! My 2 year old and 6 year old played and had the shortest walk back to the home whenever they needed to take a break. It was perfect for our small family!

It was my wife's birthday last week, so we planned this trip last winter because we had such a good time last fall staying here. We just love the location and most of all NO STEPS. We will definitely make this one of our yearly stops. Thanks so much for everything.

The place was great! Everything you could need is there…right down to beach chairs and umbrella. Very clean and well appointed. The whole process was smooth. We did not need anything; but if we would have, I’m sure we would have received excellent results. Right on the water!! We would definitely return for a nice getaway!

This property checked off a box on my bucket list of staying in a beach cottage rather than a condo. It was exactly what I had pictured. Everything was clean and exactly as described. If I had to give any suggestions, I would upgrade the towels as they were very used and not appealing. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella being available but used our own as the ones in the shed were very dated and rusted. Would highly recommend the restaurant Salt Rock Grill a short walk away. Possibly one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at!

Another relaxing vacation at Sun King 5! We look forward to staying here every year. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the waves without the crowds. Definitely a slice of heaven on earth!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was just perfect,we spent a week at the beach and caught a Alabama football game in the process. We had GREAT neighbours, and I think the best part was walking out the door to the GULF. We are looking forward to our next stay and hopefully make it a yearly destination. The cottage was everything we wanted for our 3 day stay at the beach! Loved that you walk out of the front door and your feet are in the sand! Beautiful beach, perfect water, incredible sunsets! The cottage provides all you could want/need and is very comfortable! We had nice neighbors too!(No worries as walls are sound proof!) We’ll be back!!

The property was exactly as listed. It’s very close to many restaurants and the beach is perfect. The property owner was excellent with communication and it was always timely. The unit was well equipped and was very well stocked with “starter” essentials such as paper towel, dishwasher tabs, washer pods, etc which is greatly appreciated so you don’t have to immediately run to the store upon arrival. There were great beach chairs and a small cooler to use. Absolutely loved our stay.

Owner was more than accommodating and offered us early checkin without us having to ask. House was as advertised and was a great place to stay! The beach is literally right out the front door.

This "Walk-Out" to the beach is even better than you can Imagine. We were able to hit the beach at all hours of the day or night with ZERO hassle. The cottage is simply wonderful and the area has plenty of places to eat and shop. Can't wait to come back!!

Loved the place!!! Had the best weather and gulf was incredible. Laurie was always just a text away with any questions. The updated kitchen and bathroom were great. We have stayed a couple years ago and it was also great, but the upgrades made it fantastic. Quiet and comfortable!! We will be back

Walk right out to the beach! We live in Ft. Myers and due to Hurricane Ian we had to move my dear friends wedding to Hilton at Reddington Beach! I am now in love with this area! This property is as advertised exactly! Walk right out to beach!!!! So clean. I felt so comfortable. I just want to say this is fantastic! Owner took the trouble to text me that I could check in at 2:30 pm as cleaners were done! Just want to say have fun!

Exactly what’s advertised. Very quiet duplex with a great location. Walk right out to the beach to enjoy the sun and surf or the beautiful sunset.

We had such a great time at the beach house. The sand is right outside the door and the ocean view is perfect from inside. They have everything you need towels, beach chairs etc and if cooking, pots, pans etc. Super clean and updated. We highly recommend and can’t wait to come back. Thank you!
