Everything was great. The owner answered questions quickly. It was easy to get to and had a reserved parking space. It was a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. No noise from the neighbors. I would definitely stay there again.

Just a couple of recommendations for the owners. Provide a cutting board in the kitchen and a bath mat, just a thicker towel like what you get in a hotel, for the bathroom. Since there was a blow dryer there, add it to the list of things provided.

We had a wonderful stay at Frank's condo. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with plenty of extra linens and essentials. I most liked the location, which can't be beat. It sits right on the water (we saw dolphins!), across the street from a quiet beach, and a short and pleasant drive to great food options. I highly recommend booking this condo.

The laundry machine must have with coin or card we try to used but something was wrong with card machine .

loved the back great for fishing! Seen dolphins in the back water. It was nice to watch all the boats pass by. 711 close by and a bar restaurant to the left also candy store. The pool was huge and went to 10 ft

Being on the waterway and the huge pool. The condo was quaint and perfect for my family. Good location.

Could use more towels, blankets and toilet paper.

Loved the location and property! Bed was so comfortable and being able to walk to the beach was an added bonus! Saw a Snowy Egret and Manatees in the canal behind the condo.

The location was very nice. I looked forward to the bay view from the back of the Unit and the beach access from the street.

A tropical storm caused roof damage on the second floor causing water to leak into our unit before we arrived. Once we got there there was active construction going on. We were relocated by the owner. The property manager was very accommodating as well

We loved the location and the pool. Fishing out the back door was great and the kids loved watching the dolphins and boats go by.

I was not a fan of having to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom or get out the back door.

I love the view out back. The unit is always clean upon arrival and well equipped

There could be more blankets and towels there are no wash cloths

The location is great, there’s lots of shopping and food within a few minutes’ drive. I love that the pool is big. You can sit out the back side of your room and watch the sunrise just beyond the waterway and in the evenings you can walk across the street and watch the sunset over the gulf.

I misunderstood that the washer and dryer is outside of the room and isn’t free and I didn’t realize that there isn’t daily maid services. Neither are necessarily bad, I just would’ve liked that to be more clear when reading about the property.

The location was wonderful! The waterway behind was amazing. We met such great people who were staying too. Beach right across the street.

Not convenient for shops.....ect. to walk to.

The pol was huge, loved it . Like sitting out back eat breakfast watching the boats go by . Great location ... we walked a lot . Beach was across the street The room was very basic, and clean.

There were 3 of us staying for 5 days and there was only 5 towels.. just not enough for 3 women .

We really liked the pool it wasn't crowded and it was big and no alcohol or glass allowed in the pool area. I liked that a lot. Our room was right across from the pool. I liked the back door to the canal in the back yard it was unique! The excess to the beach is very short walk and the street crossing wasn't bad at all. The beach was purfect. We liked shower and extended hose with shower head was very helpful with washing smaller kids. I really liked screened small window in the bathroom we had it open and got nice breeze from the canal and had fresh air and our towels and swimming wear dried there nicely.

The beds were not so comfy especially sofa sleeper and towels were tiny and had stains hopefully they were washed. It would get hot at night and you would stick to the bed because of plastic under the sheet. The floors need some mopping because our feet would turn black if we walked bare foot. If there was a mop I would of mopped it but I didn't find it.
