Very nice, clean, cool place. Mini fridge in room is always a huge plus for me 😎 Beautiful clean modern bathroom. Location close to the Black Sea was super. I enjoyed living amongst this residential part of town. Everything was walkable 😊

There is not one smoke detector in the whole place and that worries me greatly. They doing a lot of work on the building , even now,and forget the basics. If you are in hospitality, that's a nobrainer,especially if your guest are on their own during the night, hope they have a good insurance

I think it is literally the best place you can find in the city. It was a big surprise for us to find a hotel with such a high quality level. I really appreciate the efforts of the owners to make this hotel a really nice and comfortable place. Especially their attention to details. I wish I wouldn’t recommend this it because I’m afraid that the next time it will be not that easy to book it haha. But honestly it is the best!

Just Remarkable. Things to like here: Smart devices, lots of gadgets and appliances. All of the accessories are amazing. The staff was excellent and very helpful. They sent me an invoice as quickly as light since it was a business trip. Comfy furniture and cleanness of the place made my day. I’ve tried Georgian coffee Meama, which was delicious and they even offered Starbucks. Breakfast was delicious. It was well packed in containers. They brought a huge assortment of things, including honey, butter, jams, cheese, sausages, pork, eggs, bread, fruits, and coffee. Everything was freshly made. Fantastic. I will never forget the excellent service I received from Express Inn. Wishing you a good luck.

Clean and modern

Too much air freshener. All my clothes still smell like it.

Compared to other hotels in the area it was great value for money and to a much higher quality standard. The design of the rooms and shared kitchen and living room was modern and always very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, each room had its own refrigerator, and fresh fruit was provided some days per gratis. There were also other facilities like a washing machine, ironing board, and air conditioning. Our host was wonderful and very dedicated, and he was always in contact. When our departure taxi was cancelled last minute; he went above and beyond to find us an alternate method to reach our final destination.

Some fault of our own as we failed to bring it up with the host, yet one room we booked was described as a 'Double or Twin Room' but we could see no way of making the Double bed into a Twin bed. Although convenient, some extras were at a cost like using the washing machine, purchasing coffee pods or a range of items from the mini fridge including water bottles. As a personal preference, I like to have some things included in the room price, even with the increase in the overall price.
