Clean property with all essentials but a bit ordinary. Location is on the far east side moments away from the Sabina Canyon Recreation Area and Ventana Canyon and close to shopping plazas. I would stay there again as I have family close by.

Came to Tucson for a wedding, loved the condo! Super clean, cute decor. 3 roomy bedrooms with lots of room to get ready. Living room has small love seat but seating in kitchen bar area was helpful. Property owner was easily accessible for questions/concerns, quick to respond!

My wife and I rented out this VRBO for our daughter's college graduation for ourselves and other family members that were able to attend. We couldn't be more happy with the unit we rented. We also used the pool and pickleball courts which were wonderful. The hosts were always available in case we needed anything, but we didn't need anything or any clarifications.

Note to owner:
A few things would add a lot of comfort. The nightstands in bedrooms could use lights on the nightstands and power strips for plug access. The blinds in the upstairs loft fell off the rod when trying to use. The left sink in the main bath had a stuck closed stopper so you couldn’t use the sink. There was no spare rolls of toilet paper in bathrooms and towels were stained. There are no full length or extra mirrors in the unit. The blinds in the master do not close and the complex light shines in the main bedroom all night as the curtains are thin.
To guest: Those are all little things and all in all the condo was comfortable and served our needs. I would stay here again!

Home was just as described and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Host was very prompt in responding to any questions, etc. We would definitely stay here again. Only improvement I would mention is the bedside tables could use lamps.

Great location and community. Access to the pool, gym, and tennis courts were great as well as a nice trail to walk our dogs. Only a 20 minute drive to most of the places we wanted to see and so many hiking g trails nearby. Communication regarding the property was superb and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner could not have been more helpful! It is clear she has a passion for hosting! The property itself was just as advertised. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and the location for hiking can't be beat!

This little gem is one of the best places I have ever stayed! On the outskirts of town but not too far out, it was a perfect and very safe location for us (my 10 year old and my parents). Sabino Canyon is a must-see while you are here! We had everything we needed for our stay and slept so comfortably in those wonderful beds! The condo was immaculate and we felt quite at home. Check in/out was a breeze and I have never had such a responsive host who worked extra hard to ensure we lacked nothing. I mistakenly left a valuable item behind and was immediately notified it was found and Vienna immediately went out of her way to make arrangements to have it returned safely. I cannot say enough positive things about this stay and when I'm back in Tucson this is where I will be for sure! A+++

We enjoyed this home. Comfortable and well located. Everything you need is at hand. But I have to say there were some challenges, most significantly the AC unit. Our host got on that as fast as anyone could have. Communications couldn't have been better. She was great and saved the day. If we're in the area, we'll stay again.

My stay was perfect. The home, well maintained and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with walking trails. Sabino Canyon recreation area is less than 1 mile away.

This property is wonderful! It is in a fantastic area of Tucson, especially if you are wanting to spend time in Sabino Canyon. It is easy to get to great restaurants and the pool and hot tub are great amenities. The condo is very week kept up… very clean and Vienna clearly wants her guests to be comfortable and enjoy her beautiful property. Watching the sun rise over the mountains from the upper balcony with a cup of coffee was such a blissful way to start each day, and one of my favorite things about our stay. We had a question about a potentially missing pool key (was found… only misplaced!) but Vienna called immediately and was extremely helpful. I definitely give this property 5 stars and I would not hesitate to stay at any of Vienna’s properties!!!

Relaxing Desert Getaway
Vienna was an amazing host! So quick to answer all of our questions, and so kind and helpful with everything! The condo was in pristine condition, sparkling clean and came with all of the essentials. The Kuerig and coffee was a special treat, and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need for cooking. The bathrooms were generously supplied as well with plenty of toothpaste, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, even face wipes for makeup removal, and hairdryers. Vienna has truly thought of it all! The home is beautifully styled with so many warm and welcoming touches that made us feel very comfortable and right at home. Being only two minutes away from Sabino Canyon was awesome, as we were able to go on lots of morning hikes while the day was still cool and enjoy the beautiful desert scenery. We can't wait to come back!

From the moment we made our reservation to the time we left, our host, Vienna, was nothing less than spectacular, helpful and very personable with 24/7 availability if we needed anything.
