Perfect time from beginning to end!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! My husband & I, our 3 children, and my mother-in-law loved this home. Our host met us at the port and we followed him to the home. Close to the port and old town and close to the beaches, the home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a beautiful experience staying in this amazing villa. Angelos met us at the port and took us to the villa where he gave detailed suggestions on a map of what to do, where to go, and where to eat. It was like having a concierge to guide us and he was always available by text if we had any questions. There was a nice bottle of wine and assorted fruit and coffee for our arrival. The villa was very clean and well organized. The pool area was wonderful and would be even better in warmer weather. (We were there in mid late May so the water was still chilly, but it was great to sit around the pool.) Two suggestions: Rent a car! You will need it because there is so much to see and do. And, video or audio record Angelos introduction with the map and his suggestions because he has so much info that doesn't make it to the map and it would be nice to be able to go back and reference what he said.) If we make it back to Naxos, we all agree that we would rebook this villa. It is close to town and the best beaches.

We have rented many vrbo places over the years both in US and Europe. We have never had an owner be as involved as Angelo. He helped us with renting a car. Never was it so easy! I think he knew the man personally. No waiting it lines, met us with a sign at the port. Definitely go through him if renting a car. His villa was positively amazing. We had everything plus more. Immaculately clean. He gave us a map, told us restraunts to try and sights to see. He left wonderful fruit, wine, etc. He met us at the port and we followed him to the villa. We are now at another villa in Paros and only wished we stayed at Angelo's for 2 weeks! We will definitely be back. It was the best!

We had 6 wonderful and relaxing days here. We loved Naxos, very chilled with wonderful beaches a short drive away. The villa is spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the terrace with the large pool (with a deep end!) and bbq. Wonderful views over the sea and across to the hills. Angelo was very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Can’t say enough good things. The property was incredible, we had an extended stay and Angelos even came to clean the pool during the midst of our stay to ensure it was clean. Very friendly and knowledgeable, easy to get ahold of if needed. Will absolutely be coming back to this property again in the future.

We loved our stay at this property! It has everything you need to enjoy your time in Naxos! Beautiful accommodations with a great pool. Angelos was a great host and so helpful with my mothers arrival who was arriving on her own after a last minute change. He met her at the port and then arranged a car for my arrival. He provided some great recommendations on sites to visit and restaurants to dine at! We loved our stay and would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

From the first communication with Angelos, the owner, to the greeting at the airport and escort to the house, it was perfection. Angelo’s has lovingly built the house with every detail beautiful. If possible, the photos do not do it justice. Although my husband and I only had breakfast at home, the kitchen is equipped with high quality pots, pans, utensils, beautiful dishes, wine glasses, etc. A plate of fruit and bottle of wine greets you. Angelo’s also offers to bring fresh fish if you’re inclined to cook dinner. The house is less than a ten minute drive from Naxos town and in a great location to explore the villages of Naxos, beaches, etc. If you are looking for a special experience in Naxos, we highly recommend renting Angelos’s home.

La maison est parfaitement entretenue, 100% conforme à la description pour un séjour idéal. Mais surtout Angelos, le propriétaire de la maison a été très disponible, il a répondu à toutes nos questions avant la réservation et le voyage, il s'est occupé de la location de notre voiture. Une fois sur place, il a pris le temps de nous montrer en détail le fonctionnement de la maison mais aussi nous a donné de super conseils, aussi bien pour les visites, balades, que pour les restaurants. Il nous a même amené du poisson frais pêché dans la nuit, que nous avons cuit au barbecue. Super accueil, on en gardera un excellent souvenir. De plus la maison est proche des plus belles plages comme du port principal et de l'aéroport.

Great pool and all in all a great location with a fantastic Angelos who is unbelievable polite. Lots of really fantastic taverns in Agios Anna and Plane. There is only one minus which are the dogs in the neighbourhood barking even at night. But the house is really spacey and well equipped.

Lovely villa and pool. The villa is very spacious, high quality and fully equipped. Angelos was a brilliant host, supplying us with fresh fish twice for her BBQ. A very enjoyable holiday experience. Hopefully we can return again next year.

The house is spacious with a pool on a private property, the kitchen is well equipped (including a dishwasher) which is rare in rental properties. Perfectly located half way between the beaches (I recommend Plaka beach south of Agios Prokopios) and the city. The owner Angelos is the nicest owner you can find, always helpful and communication with him was so easy. A perfect place for a family or two couples visiting Naxos.

Angelos was a very welcoming host who shared great tips with us for places to visit and restaurants to dine at. The house was comfortable and private. We really enjoyed our stay on the island, made better by Angelo’s guidance.

The house was incredible close to great restaurants and one of the best beaches on Náxos. Angelos was a great host, making sure all our needs were met. He sat down with us and went over the highlights of the island and the wine and fruit basket was a nice touch. The house was spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The pool was great to plunge in to cool off. Fantastic bbq area we used twice to cook fresh, delicious fish caught by his friend. I would stay here again and definitely would recommend Angelos house to anyone visiting Náxos. Best area of the island.

We caravaned to the property where he walked us through the house to make sure we felt comfortable with everything at the property. Communication was amazing throughout the entire week and he also brought us freshly caught fish one morning that we were able to prepare that evening. Delicious and a unique experience we will never forget. The house was perfect for our family (four adults, one baby) and is equipped with everything you will need to have an amazing stay. The house is even better and larger than in the pictures. It is located walking distance to St. George beach and a couple minute drive to Agios Prokopios beach. It is in a quiet/safe neighborhood with a fantastic view of Chora. I would recommend having your own car for your stay as it will provide the freedom and flexibility to make your trip your own. Some memorable day trips included hiking Mount Zeus and exploring the wonderful mountain villages on Naxos. We also ate at many of the restaurants recommended by Angelos, spread across the island, and we’re continually blown away by the quality and flavor of the food. We could not imagine a better place to finish our three week holiday. It is a special place on an amazing island. We really enjoyed our week in Naxos at Villa Andromeda. Angelos was great.

The villa was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, loads of kitchen equipment). The pool area was lovely and felt very secluded/private. The location was great as well - very close to the beach, restaurants and bars at Agios Prokopios and also only a short drive to Naxos town. While it's very possible to walk to Agios Prokopios, the road is quite busy and no pavement so better to drive if you have children with you. Angelos was incredibly kind and helpful. He met us at the port when we arrived, arranged our car hire, and provided a wealth of tips and advice on where to go, restaurants to visit, etc. He was always available if we had any questions or needed anything - and as mentioned in other reviews, he dropped off some fresh fish for us one day, straight off his friend's boat. Overall I'd highly recommend this villa if visiting Naxos!

The house and location was perfect for our group of four. The owner Angelos could not have been a better or more helpful host. He met us at the ferry, helped us get a rental car. Even helped us get our luggage to the airport... to much luggage for the small cars on Naxos. Gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was very nice, very clean, and had great air conditioning. Pool was perfect and we enjoyed the property. Angelos brought us fresh fish one night and we cooked them on the grill. Just could not have been a better experience

The villa is an amazing place. Lots of room, a charcoal BBQ, the swimming pool is so refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The place is well equipped for cooking and there is a Spar supermarket a couple of minutes drive away which has everything one would need. Our host, Angelos, was so helpful with every aspect of our stay. His encyclopedic knowledge of the island led us to many fantastic discoveries. He was always available if we had any concerns or questions but never intruded on our privacy. His only wish was that we enjoy our experience on this beautiful island. We have stayed in many rentals in many countries, this one one of the best places. Thank you Angelos, thank you Naxos for a wonderful holiday.

We had a fantastic time here. Not far from the city by car but still secluded and private. And our host Angelos was so helpful and gave us many great tips for dining and where to go for fantastic beaches and sights. The kids loved the swimming pool and the food from the barbecue. We will be back is was so amazing :D

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The location was excellent, you can walk to beach, go wind surfing down the road and walk to the town (Chona) as well. Angelos is an excellent host, meeting us at the airport (which is for mins away), arranging a car rental at an excellent price (which we recommend to tour the rest of Naxos), have us a detailed plan for touring the island and even brought us fresh fish! Some of the best beaches in Greece on the island of Naxos and an easy ferry to tour other islands in the area! We will be back!! Thank you Angelos!!!

My wife and I, along with another long time travel companion couple were fortunate enough to secure a booking here during our five day stay on Naxos in September 2017. We found the villa ideal in every respect. Plenty of room with essentially two separate living areas; great location, minutes away from beaches and Naxos center; fully equipped and meticulously maintained. And not to be overlooked, a clean, clear, cool pool in which to enjoy and afternoon or early morning swim. Topping it all off was our host Angelos who met us at the port, arranged for our rental car, provided us a detailed presentation on island travel and made himself available 24/7. All in all... fabulous.

The house of Angelos is great. Couple of kilometres away from the main city, and on the way to the main beaches. The house is very well furnished, in a calm environment. The pool is great and warm and you can enjoy a view on the sea. Angelos is a very nice man, happy to share his house with guests and also give good spots in Naxos. We really enjoyed our time in Angelos' house.

We had a great time in Naxos and we highly recommend this villa. Very clean and well appointed, the house was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 young children). The barbecue area and the pool were a big plus! Be aware that the beach (Agios Prokopios) is not really walking distance. But it is only 5 min away by car (parking was no problem at the beach, at least in June) and this is one of the best beach on the island (clear and shallow waters, perfect for kids). There, you can also find a couples of bakeries, a supermarket and several restaurants. Angelos, the owner, is super friendly and very helpful. I recommend renting a car if you plan on visiting the island (Angelos can get you preferential rates): Apollonas and Apeiranthos are definitely worth a visit.

A lovely clean well appointed villa lovely pool, lovely kitchen, good space inside and out, good aircon and mosquito nets, nice outdoor dining barbeque area and private. There were very few problems and the owner Angelos made sure everything was sorted out with a minimum of fuss. He was very helpful. A bit out of town so renting a car is a big plus.

4 adults aged 25-35 stayed at the property at the beginning of September for 8 days. As aforementioned by other reviewers the property itself is quite tucked away but for us being young professionals working in London is was just right, being able to get away from all the noise etc. As also mentioned in other reviews Angelos is extremely enthusiastic and a really helpful homeowner. Having used homeaway for vacation rentals 10+ times over the past 5 years he is in fact one of the best home owners I've dealt with in that span. He's always available, open for suggestions and adds his own personal touches (he brought us all fresh fish from the harbor one day) to enhance the experience. Personally I find that a car is somewhat necessary to get around the beautiful island a bit more. One of the things that I feel other reviewers have left out is to mention that the nearby village, which is just 15mins walk over the hill has one of the best beaches on the island available and a beautiful scenery for sunsets as well as lots of bars and little traditional restaurants, so in that regard the property is in a really good spot on the island. Another thing worth mentioning is that myself having travelled around a lot of the greek islands I feel like this one is one of the more difficult ones to access and travel to ferry boats only run once a day really and pre-booking tickets for them well in advance is highly recommended. Flying into Athens and then taking a ferry from Piraeus seemed to have worked out most satisfactory overall. The property itself is as mentioned by other reviewers very clean, comes with all the amenities and plenty of sunshine which is ultimately what we've all travelled for. Four adults stayed in the villa for a week in May, when Naxos is at its beautiful best with wild flowers everywhere. Naxos town is very attractive with lots of shops and restaurants, especially in the winding backstreets, but without being crowded, expensive or overly commercialised.....ie a great contrast with Santorini ! Pros: - The property is very clean, well maintained and is fully equipped. The upstairs room has its own lounge area, a balcony and a even small kitchenette if privacy is required. The sun hits the pool area all day. - Location is very peaceful and private. There are a few other villas nearby but they do not overlook the property, which is otherwise surrounded by a protected maple forest, nearby a lake and with views of Naxos town & the mountains - Angelos, the owner, is extremely enthusiastic friendly and helpful (eg he provided the beach / pool towels we had forgotten, gave us lots of tips for places to go, found us a bar that was showing the English Cup Final and gave us a lift from and to the port) - He also runs a car hire company with his uncle and gives preferential rates to his villa customers. In our case we got a brand new car for significantly less than we paid for a dangerous wreck of a car in Santorini....which we ultimately decided to keep it throughout our stay. Cons - the flip side of the peaceful location is the lack of facilities in the immediate area. The nearest restaurant is 10-15 mins walk, on the 'main' road into the local village (itself 5 mins further on), where there are a range of additional bars & restaurants (all very friendly and good value for money) plus the nearest supermarket that can be reached without a car. - Car hire is therefore highly recommended / essential......but then Naxos is 4 x bigger than Santorini and a beautiful island, so one would want a car for at least some of the time anyway We all agreed that we would be very happy to return, both to the island and to this villa.

Conveniently located between the main port town (Hora) and Ag. Prokapis beach, this perfectly lovely rental home is an ideal place from which to enjoy a vacation on Naxos. A perfect size for our family of four, the house is clean, well appointed with modern appliances and amenities, with high speed internet with Wi-Fi. The house is located off the main road in a small complex of villas, with nice views on all sides. The various outdoor terraces located on the main and upper levels provide shaded spots for reading and dining as the sun changes throughout the day. The outdoor natural hardwood BBQ -- made from real brick -- was easy to use. The pool is clean, maintained frequently, and can be lit at night. The main floor features a dinning / living room with TV, and well appointed kitchen with full sized refrigerator, and modern appliances. The back of this level has the master bedroom with a full sized bath. The upper level has a second living room with a sleeper couch, and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge. There is a second large bedroom at the rear of this level, and a full bathroom as well. There are two outdoor terraces as well. All the windows have screens, and if need be, every living space has air conditioning. The owner was extremely helpful and full of information about the island. A full sized supermarket is a couple minutes drive away, as are various beaches and tavernas. A car is a must on this large island, and the owner also runs a rental car agency. A very nice house which is reasonably priced, I can highly recommend it.
