The property was definitely better then I expected. We had a group of 9 people stay and we found inside to be very spacious. The outdoor area joining out to the back deck was beautiful! So much privacy outside as well. We didn’t hear the neighbours. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. My extended family really enjoyed their stay. We found the house great for being in different spaces, even though there were ten of us staying.

I thought that the way booking.com. showed the house and facilities to be misleading. So did other family members. From the photos it looked like the house was closer to the pool and leisure centre facilities.

Despite the short distance from Noosa, the house across over a river and required a $10 ride on a car ferry which closed at 10pm. This makes getting to and from Noosa costly and inconvenient

This is a great property for the grown family or extended family group. Very spacious with a cosy atmosphere. A big functional kitchen and dining area and a cosy but spacious lounge room. Entertainment with the big tv and stereo system keeps everyone busy. the bedrooms are cosy and quiet. A great indoor BBQ area that opens into the lounge keeps everyone involved. This property is a short walking distance from the leisure centre where our family was very entertained.

Excellent location, peaceful and quiet. Four couples could accommodate easily. Very good big sized room. Two bedrooms with queen sized upstairs. Two bedroom one with queen bed and two single beds. One bedroom with three single beds. Spacious house very well maintained.

Location, house of course. Loved noosa visited 1st time and had a best experience.

Location and house were great. Just a short drive to the beach. House surroundings were lovely, very relaxed setting. Hosts are very responsive and gave good advice on where to go and what to do.

There was plenty of room for the eight of us and the Leisure Centre was a bonus! Very relaxing.

Water pressure in the showers, and it was very hard to warm the place up in mid winter, even with all of the heat pumps on.

Beautiful setting. Very quiet and relaxing. We went away to celebrate several family members birthdays, and the house was perfect for that. The kitchen has everything you need, including cooking equipment. Also great location for 4 wheel driving and fishing.

Our group was made up of 7 ladies there for a crafting weekend. The property was just lovely - beautiful and picturesque. We totally loved looking out over the bush and were treated with what appeared to be a kangaroo family each morning - large one that we dubbed 'Dad' and then mum with a baby in her pouch.. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were awesome. The linens were beautiful and crisp and the towels lovely and fluffy. The chairs around the table were also nice and comfortable to sit in - important things for a bunch of old women - especially as we spent a great deal of time sitting in them. We did do a little furniture moving, and set up our crafting tables in the loungeroom / TV area and this was a great space, close to nature, for our creative juices to flow. And it was so nice having that inside/outside area with the BBQ as we all enjoyed sitting out there for lunch. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils with a good sized fridge and terrific pantry - and a coffee machine. There are louvers over a good number of windows that are easy to open and let a great breeze flow through the house. And the décor of the house is beautiful. So once again we had a lovely time and thank you for providing a perfect setting. Cheers, Donna

Breakfast not applicable as we were self catered. Resort facilities were very accessable and enjoyed by the family.

We would have liked to have had, a few more hand towels and toilet paper for the toilet areas as we were a group of 10 people. The hand towels with so many people using them tended to get very wet. toilet paper nearly ran out.

We liked it all! Arriving and settling in was very easy. Rod even checked in to see if we were settled. We will definitely be back. Possibly an annual trip!

Close to central amenities, the leisure centre and hidden in the bush. Glorious gem of a home. Rod was wonderful when arranging our stay and the bubbly on arrival was a treat. Thank you so much

Loved house16!!! Exceeded my expectations. We only used 2 of the beds and they were extremely comfortable. All facilities were luxurious. The spacious house is completely fitted with screens so that was very reassuring as mozzies love me. Wifi was terrific as I was WFH.
