It’s the perfect place if you need to unwind and be far away from the city.

To be honest all was perfect except that on Sunday most of the day there was no electricity and water but I do understand it’s loadshedding and the flood disaster that happened in KZN so that’s excusable.

The floor was sticky, the room smelled a bit funky, more decor would be nice.

The location was to die for, excellent atmosphere to relax

The room was not good at all. Stuffy it felt like it hasn't been used for a while. Bedding was really disappointing. Four different pillow case in one bed. Very poor quality(non hotel feel like) there was no adopter to connect the TV. Only the second night it was availed. No adopters to charge phones and staff, had to switch the TV off to charge our device

I unfortunately liked nothing about the property. In fact what’s advertised as “Sea View” is far from the truth as Unit 101 has absolutely no views whatsoever never mind the sea view. The unit has a completely obscured view behind the main hotel building.

The unit had a terrible dampness smell that could not be resolved despite asking the agent to attend to it. The unit was found with one “broken” chair on the patio plus a table. This was later addressed with the agent. According to posted rules, the linen sheets are to be changed after 3 for a stay longer than 5 days, this did NOT happen during an entire 6 days stay. Again, according to the same rules the towels are to be changed every 2nd day and this never happened until we had to complain on the 4th day. The unit is said to be fully served yet none of that exists to a point that in the final day we ran out of toilet paper yet this is to replenished once a day according to the same rules. What a terrible stay this was!

We enjoyed the proximity to The Capital and the access to the shuttle and other amenities.

The staff was not always so hands on and communication was unclear on issues such as breakfast, transportation, entry to the estate etc... Also the ad was a bit misleading. We were sold on the "sea view" mention only to find out after paying that it was a garden view and once on the ground we realised that beside having access to the garden most of what we could actually see was a building.

Everything else was excellent as usual.

The pool closes at 6 and there isn't any lights on. An evening swim is one of the best things about a holiday and we chose zimbali suits in winter because of the heated pool.

The facilities were exceptional

The tiles easily get dirty, there are no mats or rugs and there is no broom or mop in the house

Everything about the place. Sea view, access to facilities.

Limit on the number of shuttle busses to the valley of the pools.

Very nice views, the hotels facilities is wonderful, the location is great and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, felt at home

Bed was a bit squeaky
