Self check-in was good, we arrived late and could enter the premises without problems. Spacious living room and close to KLCC.

Environment was a bit smelly when we entered (cigarette and garbage). Not enough towels and some door handles were not functioning well.

To everyone who aims to stayover at this apartment: The penthouse apartment is very big & clean. It has a total of 6 rooms. It fits our family of 14 people. Kids friendly. It really exceeded our expectations. You have to make a deposit of 300ringgit at least 3 days before check-in. As this apartment is a self check-in place, you have to be ready. When you arrived at The Mews, you will have to sign a bit of documentations at the guard house. At least 1 person will have to wait at the guard house because the guardsmen will need time to scan your family's whole passports or identity cards in order for your details to be telly with their information. Every single members of your family must either have their passport or identity card. I have attached the layout of the penthouse apartment in this review. 6 bedrooms 4 toilets The pictures in this page is all in details. Perfectly correct. There are 3 swimming pools total at level 6. Beautiful views, no mosquitos, no bugs. Spacious place for your kids to enjoy themselves.

As for the last 2 days before we check out, the bulbs in the master bedroom toilet & hallway died on us.

the check in was hassle free, the property is spacious & fully equipped. i love the fact that there are many beds instead of just mattresses or sofa beds. iron, hair dryer, & the ovens are working well. love the fact that we can see klcc from the balcony & it was very near & within walking distance to all KL attraction place.

the water pressure is low and sometimes no water, so have to wait to shower one by one even though there are 2 showers. some of the power point cant be used in the rooms. lack of mirrors in rooms. the tv is lagging so bad & can only watch youtube. the most ridiculous thing is, the guard takes all of our I.C.s (11 of us) and hold it while were getting the keys in the mail box, that is not appropriate & illegal.

- High security, gated entrance with guards - Large rooms, comfortable beds, sleeps a lot of people - Hot shower with good water pressure and air con that works well - Nice views  and convenient location, very close to some good restaurants and not too far from Suria KLCC and Petronas Towers

- Having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms - The balcony and city view was enjoyable - Extremely spacious apartment interior - Having a washer/dryer unit - 4 Parking Lots for our unit - Amazing rooftop views - Nice pool and gym - Walkable distance to the KLCC area

- The construction (not Mews KLCC) around the outer area of the building. However, noise was not an issue

It was a lovely apartment, nicely designed. Good location.

It's more like an Airbnb apartment than a hotel. The only staff you meet are the security guards at the gate, it's a residential block of apartments. The guards weren't very friendly. The apartment wasn't very clean. The pool isn't great. I would of preferred to stay in a hotel as it was a short stay and I didn't use the cooking facilities.

It was a great size! The kitchen is well equipped as well!

The A/C in the main room should be serviced as it’s less cold and the toilet drainage also clogs up easily. so more maintenance would be great.

Location was ideal and place was big enough for whole family.

The place wasn't the cleanest and there were ants everywhere in the kitchen and dining.

1.This house have spacious area.. Its good for big family to gather around and spent time together.. 2.The management give warm and good cooperation.. 3.Its my second time to deal with Plush Team..They have several homestay with spacious area and convenient for big family like me.. They always commit and respond everytime we asking and need for help.

1. When at night..lighting in the living hall quite dime..some of downlight not function well.. 2. No wardrobe in master bedroom..its quite messy to assemble our belongings.. 3. Mattress for single bed its quite hard..but other beds its okey..

loved that the space is so spacious for a big family! on top of that, the rooms have multiple beds inside so thats another plus point. just a walking distance from the property to klcc as well.
