I did not like it because of the double deception of the owner / manager

Very bad service. We were not provided with the promised parking. The parking space was occupied by someone. Given the difficulty of parking downtown, this was a problem. I contacted the owner/manager but they did nothing. Despite this, I found parking elsewhere and paid for it. After that, I asked the owner/manager to compensate me for the parking check and he promised to compensate me. But he didn't do that either. I have all the photos and email correspondence and I sent him all the information. However, he did not pay any compensation. This is very very bad.

Location was great and it was within walking distance to beach, food establishments and small 24-hour shops. Apartment had plenty of space and overall comfortable and nice. Good supply of towels! Overall very nice experience.

Nice and quiet apartment, great location and fully equipped for our family. We had a relaxing vacation and will definitely come back again ☺️

Nice flat, modern and well lit/ location is fantastic, and having the parking is a great advantage.

the place - in overall, is not clean! terrace was plain filthy, dusty and black. I'm aware of pollution in Tel Aviv, but an apartment that is being cleaned every few days (and generously charges for that "cleaning" should not have filthy table and chairs on the balcony. Bathrooms were not clean - to say the least. Dishwasher does not function properly. kitchen cupboard doors falling from hinges, no cutting board for use in kitchen. More - the concept of plastic sheets under the sheets on every bed' that make noise and a terrible feeiling whenever one rolls in bed - for adults (!) is totally unacceptable!! otherwise - it was pleasant and enjoyful.

perfect location, very spacious, you get a free parking on location which is super important in Tel-Aviv. the place is well equipped and very functional. you get a Nespresso machine, a washing machine and a dishwasher! there is one television in the leaving room, a nice balcony, the street is quiet. its also near bus stations and ~200 meters from the sea! the host was available for questions and very helpfull
