Location Breakfast Fast, reliable WiFi Everything was good but overshadowed by the billing issues. Pavel was very professional on checking out. A taxi was quickly arranged at a fair price.

On arrival, I was told that I was booked in for only one night. The amount stated was different to that given on my booking.com app. I showed the information on the app. They entered a higher amount than the booking to cover extra charges. I booked at a cost of $720. This is equivalent to £567.50. The amount pending in my bank account is £688.76. This is 21% extra which cannot be explained by fluctuating exchange rates between two relatively stable currencies.

Most likely, I wouldn't recommend spending extra for the club lounge - it is quite sparse and quite lacking compared to other club Lounges, availability and what's offered and when. We were a bit disappointed, actually

Fitness equipment was rusty, old, leaving dirty stains, impossible to change weight and positioning, bike was completely broken, no electricity cable, treadmill was also old and sometimes didn’t even read the HR. My mom who is 88’ Holocaust survivor, got sick, could be from food but it’s hard to know, I had to extend my staying, no one even asked how she was doing or did something small and nice for her. It felt like all they cared about was to get paid and that’s it. Btw she had to have a doctors visit so of course they knew about it.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and attentive. Swimming pool steps very shaky and unsteady. Room not cleaned or tidied to my expectations. Dressing gowns not hung up. Basin not attended to. Location was wonderful. No Netflix or watchable English TV. That was a big issue for us. Cafe prices were extremely high. I am not sure if my Marriott hotel points were added.

Excellent location - by the beach. Close to many places to eat and drink in the evening. Breakfast was very good The hotel is an amazing, beautiful view with beautiful sunset, we loved the Renaissance hotel in Tel Aviv. Really friendly and helpful staff.

The location is central, right next to the beach/promenade, with a great view on the sea/coast. Check-in and check-out were simple and quick. Breakfast is offered!

Staff wasn't too attentive nor service-oriented (with exception for 1 lady at the breakfast buffet). More smiles and positive vibes would have been appreciated. Breakfast was basic. Esp the coffee needs an upgrade. The cleanliness in the rooms is improvable. Parts of the hotel are under constructions, contributing to a so-so experience.

Right on the beach and promenade, with a view of the ocean from every room, this is a serviceable hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent with something for everyone. The view from the breakfast room is lovely. The housekeeping staff is responsive and friendly. There is a small balcony. The pool is nice.

There was a lot of noise from the people in the restaurants below and the traffic although we were on the third floor and higher floors might not be as noisy. The pipes in the room above ours made a loud grinding noise when someone flushed. Much of the common area was being renovated and was off limits so outdoor seating was nonexistent.
