The apartment was exceeded our expectations. There were new block of flats in a private, secured area with nice garden and outside swimming pool. The apartment was located on the first floor of one of the buildings. It's extremely large and really convenient up to 6 people, with 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. It was clean and tidy, well equipped kitchen to cook and even available washing machine, which was useful for us. Air conditioning was also included. Highly recommended even if the price was relatively expensive comparing with other nearby options.

Some minor comments or just recommendations. A parking lot in underground garage would be very good, however the free parking nearby was also easily manageable. When I received the instructions on how to access the apartment I missed the concrete name of building ('B' block). However, I bumped into one of the neighbors, a retired French pilot, who lived there, and he was so kindly accompanied us to find and eventually enter the flat.

Wide, very clean apartment in a new residential building with a pool area. I felt like a home and could spend weeks here to enjoy Algarve region. A lot of restourants and cafes around. Only 7 min till Slide&Splash waterpark, not far from Lagos, Lagoa, Albufeira.

This apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a nice deck and kitchen. But were not able to enjoy it during our short stay and cannot recommend it without an improvement in the service. None of what we detail in the dislikes – except the bathroom odors - would have been an issue had someone communicated properly with us and met us as expected. We had a terrible, frustrating evening.

To start with, we had been told to expect the information we needed for check-in the day before we arrived. It wasn't sent. So, the day of arrival, we had to ask what was going on. We had been told there would be someone to meet us and accept our 300 euro deposit and show us around. That never happened. Upon arrival, we found they sent confusing information about two entrances, but not a precise address, along with an incorrect photo of the actual entrance. So we called their phone number for better directions, but no one ever met us to show us the apartment or accept the deposit we had bothered to collect for them. After a long and trying day of travel and meetings, the frustration increased. Upon entering we found no house manual explaining where things were or how to operate any appliances. We called again in order to locate the remote controls for the heating units and TV. We quickly noticed that there was no soap in either bathroom, only two little packets of shampoo, though the photos of the apartment showed dispensers. So, after several phone calls again, the managers finally promised to bring soap three hours later. Next we noticed a sewer-like smell coming from both bathrooms. We were tired of dealing with the owners and their lack of responsiveness, so we just lit the small candles provided, though we had to purchase a lighter nearby, and placed them in the bathrooms to mask the smell somewhat. We also kept the bathroom vents on through the night, though they were on the same switch as the lights. The last hassle involved our documents. The last minute directions also said we needed to send vaccination certificates, which should have been requested earlier. We tried to send them through Booking messaging, but the managers did not receive them. Later they asked for passport images. Normally, if someone meets us, we can just show them the certificates and passports.
