The tv but needs a better remote controller and is too far away from couch. Shower with good water pressure but even with the glass, the water escaped on floor. Well equipped with emergency kit, needed some plasters and alcool. Has a balcony and the shutters are very nice to have when you need absolute darkness. Was very windy, so aeration is top. Secure neighborhood. Went there on October so parkings everywhere. Good communication.

The corridors lights shutting down while I try to find the elevator button or when opening the door trying to get in. It was hard for me to open the door with the key, but got ‘used’ to it. If I took too much time, the lights turns off. No fan in bathroom?

Location: Calm area, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Marina. Facility: with all necessary items. Swimming pool available and as not many using it, felt like a 'private' pool. Airco available and really needed, due to the positiong of the appartment (sun/ warmth exposure)

Bedroom: Bed could be larger (currently 1,40). Living room: Sofa bed option OK but not that confortable as bed due to Sofa joints. An extra bed topper could be a solution. Sofa material should have a deep clean. Living room blinder (persiana) not functioning,/ stuck allowing the sun to warm up the appartm.

on entering apartment the agent identified two fuses in the circuit board were switched off. He switched them on, showed us around the apartment, gave us his contact details and left. It soon transpired that the switched off fuses linked to the air con and the WiFi router. Unfortunately the remote for the air con was not working so that was why the fuses had been switched off - the only and to control the air con. this impacted on WiFi. I rang the agent who said he would visit the following day to address the issue. We never heard from him again during our stay. There was no plug for the sink in the kitchen so washing dishes was difficult. We liked having access to a garage to store our motorcycle. It is worth knowing that there is no timer that closes the door if left open. Where other occupants failed to close it, it remained open for extended periods leaving vehicles vulnerable. The oven dial markings had completely worn away. This meant there was no temperature gauges, no indication of whether the top oven, grill or bottom oven was working and no option to use the timer on checkout we had to advise the agent 20 minutes before we were ready to leave so that he couldn’t come over to collect the keys. we did this but received no response. we couldn’t wait any longer so advised that the keys were on the table and that we had left. we had to contact again in order to receive confirmation that the keys had been received.

10 minute walk from the beach, apartment has everything necessary for a vacation/work stay.
