Most of all personal attention from the hostess Marina and her staff. Location is one minute walk from the train station and only 5 minutes walk from old town. Clean room and private toilet. Free access to the fridge where you can help yourself with healthy choices for breakfast and most importantly an espresso machine to fuel us before going out. Marina went way beyond her duties as a host to arrange for us a taxi ride for Matera as a last minute decision. Thank you!

Nice interior and super clean facilities, a small shared kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks. The owner is very helpful and always reachable by whatsapp to assist with any questions.

Check in time is from 3 pm so if you come earlier you have to wait a bit. The building is a residential house and the neighbours were quite noisy at our time of visit - specially the upstairs neighbours, it sounded like we were in the same room, we could hear them talk clearly. This was a bit annoying since we wanted to nap sometimes in the afternoon. Minor thing but the elevator broke down right when we checked in so we could no longer use it.

Good functional hotel, situated on the 3rd floor of residential building, you get what you need. Located next to the train station and big open free parking field, but in about 20 minutes walk from the town historic centre and sea line.

Nothing special to mention. Needs additional effort to find entrance, which is the front door of residential building.

Nice and helpful host. Well equipped rooms and bathrooms which feel new and stylish. Kitchen with evergything you need and snacks to grab. Close to the train station and centre as well. Rooms are quiet

The room was really small with barely any space to open and store the luggages. No views from the balcony. There was no daily cleaning. It is up the hill from the city centre.

The bathroom was a big problem. There were no bags to change the rubbish bin and the bath keeps the water in for a long hour and that was so difficult for us. The room was too small for 3 persons and we didn’t have enough space for our bags and stuffs. Also the owners didn’t answer us the phone, he have just see them only the first day.

Very well placed, with plenty of parking spots close to it (had no problem even in full season of July). Room and bathroom were vert confortable and proper. Breakfast was simple, but with good quality

We used this property as a base for exploring Puglia. Free parking was right next to Sea Station so very convenient. Marina was very accommodating and offered great service. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need.

This B&B is located perfectly, across the street from the train station and yet within 10-15 min walk to Old Town. The owner is very sweet and answered any requests or questions immediately! Samantha and other staff were very efficient and super sweet. The shared kitchen was stocked so it was wonderful to grab a yogurt and fruit in the morning and some crackers or biscuits in the afternoon. One cannot beat the value for money.

Our room had both a Queen bed and a set of bunk beds so it turned out to be small space after all although I had booked it because it was the largest room in this 5 room BnB. The door key into the B&B took a bit of getting used to.

Perfect location. 8 Minute walk to downtown. 1 Min walk from the train station. Perfect stay. Air conditioning is nice and strong and bed is comfortable

The place was so clean, well designed and thoughtfully furnished/stocked. I was so warmly welcomed and felt right at home. They use all eco-friendly products and have delicious fruits and snacks, coffee and tea available in the shared kitchen at any time. It is also directly across from the train station which was incredibly convenient. Also a quick walk to town. AC worked beautifully (which isn’t always guaranteed in this area).

Marina (the host) was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. She even booked a tourist taxi for us. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is excellent. AC works great so you can enjoy cool nights. The small kitchen has fruits and treats and there is even a drinking water tap so you don't have to carry tons of water bottles. The room with a double bed and a single bed is very spacious and a great option for two adults who don't feel like sharing a bed.

The booking website's messaging function simply STOPPED working when the host was trying to reach us. Had to call to get the door open. The two-person bedroom has a beautiful bed frame the only problem is that it's hidden under the mattress and the bed is very close to the bathroom door. I would hit my leg to it three times until I put a pillow to cover the bed corner. The hotel itself is quiet and feels safe but if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs because it's in a residential building so you can hear the neighbors in the morning.

The place was beautifully decorated, clean, smelled amazing, every single detailed was cared for. The hostess was the nicest girl, kind, flexible and attentive. The place exceeded our expectations, it is 5 minutes by foot from everywhere you want to go in Polignano. Would definitely come back and recommend!

Charming room and very helpful staff. A short walk to the Old Town and still easy parking oppositionen the Sea Station.

The host is super nice and the facility is recently renovated. Guest have at disposal a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge packed full of food and drinks that are all free of charge. The location is very convenient with walking distance to main attractions and right next to the train station. Easy to park your car at the nearby Park and Ride that is free of charge.

the rooms are really tiny as this is only one apartment, so I recommend for solo travelers or couples.

Marina is the best host that I could ever ask for! She offered me so many helpful tips upon arrival. The kitchen was always fully stocked with snacks and drinks. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
