Property is a great size with 3 bedroom/3 bathrooms. Worked great for our family.

We had a great stay. The unit and the property were great. We appreciated having easy access to both the beach and pool/hot tub. It was well maintained and accessible to a lot of amenities in the area.

The location and everything was awesome. My only complaint is of cleanliness of the condo. Which is not the owners fault it's actually the property management that deals with the cleanliness. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

The property is very pretty and conveniently located. It is a side view of the ocean. But still very pretty

We enjoyed the location and how close it was to the beach. The pool and hot tub were used by all of us. It is an older unit but was clean. We were disappointed with the kitchen plumbing issue that took 2 days to get fixed (due to the weekend) and lack of any nonstick cookware or gas grill on the property. We spent more on restaurants than planned due to this. Overall, it was a nice place and there was enough space for the 10 of us. The owner was responsive to all communication.

Everything was smooth about this VRBO property. The only issue we had was when leaving; we loaded the dishwasher and it was throwing a code. The staff had someone come up and they said the would get someone on it as I didn't want the next person coming in with dirty dishes.

Great location, three very spacious rooms, and all that you need for a great vacation. Nice property right on the beach, nice pool and hot tub. Owner was wonderful to deal with and property management were great. Highly recommend. You

We have stayed at Anglers several times and always enjoyed the set up of each unit. This was the first time we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit at checkin. It was clear the floors had not been cleaned - chunks of food all over kitchen and dining area, hair in bathrooms, sticky counters. Apparently this is contracted out through the office very frustrating to deal with upon checkin and the cleaning fee that is charged. The housekeeper did come back and went over the main living area. The bedrooms are carpet and there was still nail clippings on the carpet from a previous guest. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Perfect location. Rest of the property was well maintained. Easy to enjoy both the pool and beach with children under 5.

Condo definitely needs to be cleaned better. I know it's a property company that cleans it. More attention needs to be given to cleaning floors and nooks and crannies. Other than that, we would stay again

Such a wonderful week for my family! The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean, nice updates, great balcony view, ocean front access, nice pool/ hot tub area. The location was great, not too touristy, lots of open space on the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Just a short drive down the key to shops and bigger beaches. Good communication with owner and property office. The bedroom / bathroom space was great for our group of 8 (myself & my husband, my 2 Senior parents, my 4 young adult “kids”). Convenient same floor laundry. Plenty of parking. A couple minor things- hot tub was broken the first few days but the office communicated a repair plan with daily notes so not a big deal. Would have been nice to have a bigger stock of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Ran out of all. Only one hairdryer in the unit (one was broken, none in master bathroom). Little things relative to the overall stay. Would definitely recommend!! We really had a great time!!

The condo was spacious enough to accommodate 3 families . The unit was a bit musty but that may be expected. We had to air it out quite a bit . The rooms were large , beds comfortable and enough drawer space . The management office staff were very friendly and helpful Pool had enough chairs and was warm salt water . Big hot tub . Area is great with lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance. We used the trolley with the app so we could track where it was and loved it . Downsides were no beach chairs in this unit. Some units had small ones for their guests.

We all loved our stay, the condo was very spacious with three big bedrooms and three full baths, with spacious living and dining areas! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all cooking necessities! Porch was good size with seating for 8-10 adults comfortably and beautiful sunset and ocean views! Check in was easy. Elevators made it easy for unloading luggage and groceries! Even though this is first floor, it is elevated for Parking underneath. Very nice large pool and amazing large hot tub. The beach access is only steps away! Beach was gorgeous and not over crowded for us during our stay on October 8-15th! Highly recommend and hope to come back and stay again in the future!

This is a beautiful condo that is very clean and kept in great shape. The view from the patio is incredible and the beach is absolutely perfect. Close to anything you could need also. We ran into a major issue right when we checked in, unfortunately the refrigerator (which looked very new) died and there was no way it was going to be fixed or replaced before during our stay. The property team immediately moved us to a new unit right down the hall. I wish we could have stayed in this unit as it was way nicer than the one we moved to but we were happy with the quick relocation regardless. I’m not going to review the pace we were moved to as it simply wouldn’t be fair because Sharon doesn’t own that unit. However, if you end up in the same situation, I would ask for a replacement unit other than 104. Sharon and the team were very responsive through your stay and did all they could to make things right quickly. We will definitely rebook and come back again, this one is on the keeper list for sure.

Overall we were happy with our stay. Sharon was good at responding when I had questions. The condo had plenty of room for our party of 10. We never ran out of hot water when taking showers (which has happened to us at many places). Being steps from the beach was amazing. The beach was clean, beautiful, and not super crowded which was nice. The condo doesn’t have much near it, so you will have to drive to most attractions or restaurants but that was fine because we were there for the beach. You could take the Trolly, it is affordable and the stop is near. However, we found the Trolly to be kind of a pain as it was often late or sometimes it didn’t show up and you had to wait for the next one for quite a while. We did wish there were beach items provided for the condo. We flew in and couldn’t pack anything for the beach and we didn’t have a car. The people before us did leave a few things which was nice and we bought 3 chairs that we had delivered with our groceries. We left those for the next people. But we wished we didn’t have to spend $60+ to have something to sit on for the week. There is also a community bin of toys and things but there wasn’t too much there. We had a good time!

The condo was great, perfect for two families to share. Loved the location and would definitely rent again! It was easy to check in and out, staff was really friendly. We had a great vacation!

The location was wonderful. Very short distance from the beach. The layout of the facility was nice as well. The cleanliness of the unit was not good. The first dish we grabbed to cook with was coved with scrambled eggs was not washed at all. The floors were very dirty. We also saw two cockroaches during our stay. We did contact Sharon, and she did get pest control out there quickly. My husband them called her after and email was send. They went back and forth on issues with our stay. My husband stated he was talked to in a very rude manor.

We had a great time for our 5 nights stay! Having extra space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms between 5 ladies was great and it was an easy minute to get downstairs and on the beach or in the pool or jacuzzi. Parking was also easy and it’s across the street from coffee, food and a convenience store.

Had a great experience. The place was clean and surprisingly spacious. We enjoyed the pool. The only downfall was the hot tub wasn't hot but that wasnt a big deal to us. We love how close we were to the beach. Parking wasn't an issue at all either. It's near by coffee shop and other places.

We read wonderful reviews on this property and that's why we booked it. We are so glad that we did! The unit was very clean and there was everything you could think of in the kitchen for food prep and storage, as well as cooking. Great communication with the owner and the office staff were phenomenal to work with. We will definitely book here again!

7 of us from ages 4 to 50 had a wonderful time staying at the Angler's Cove. The condo is spacious and clean, with a wonderful layout! It is not easy to find a condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as all on-site condos having a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast and the nightly sunsets from our patio! The pool and hot tub were fantastic and access to the beach was perfect! The property owner recommended a delivery service for all of your beach needs- chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wagon! We were amazed at the quick response to a small issue with a blind in the master- it was rectified immediately! The area is walkable to many restaurants and bars, as well as access to the trolley in front of the condo. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon!

We loved the condo, it was everything that we expected. The only negative on the stay would be the pool area could have been kept cleaner. The paving stones where the lounge chairs were located always contained puddles and dirty sand that had accumulated over several days if not weeks. That was not the end of the world and overall we loved the condo and it's location.

The unit was homey and very comfortable spacious and clean I look forward to vacationing there again in the future
