The location of the condo was fantastic! That's about all we enjoyed about this location.
The condo, not so much. The laundry room is outside and downstairs. Very inconvenient. The bathtub was clogged. The management company sent someone over to unclog and entered the condo without notifying us or setting up an appointment. The AC cannot be lowered below 72 degrees. It was very hot and uncomfortable at night when trying to sleep. I would not stay here again.

Fantastic property for a low key vacation in a great setting. Easy to park the car and not have to climb back in until it is time to go home.

Perfect!
Perfect spot for our little getaway. Walking distance to Grayton’s main attractions. Close to the beach.. it’s a little far hauling kids and all the things but generally speaking it’s close to the beach. Very clean. We would love to return here in the future.

Perfect location
Easy access to the beach & local Grayton Beach restaurants. Truly no better location. It was clean and nice enough - nothing super fancy. Kitchen basics. Bring your own hair dryer. Shared bathroom between the bedrooms. Lots of stairs. TVs in both bedrooms & upstairs. Water pressure in downstairs bathroom not very good. Perfect weekend getaway for Memorial Day. I’d definitely recommend & stay here again!

Great location
Awesome overall experience. Close to Red Bar and the beach. Condo was way more impressive in person compared to the pictures in the listing. Works for a family vacation but is also close to all of the action. Would definitely rent it again!

Summer Family Vacation
Unit is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and walking distance to Red Bar and Chiringo Restaurants. Unit was clean and well kept. Nothing fancy, but perfect for what we needed.
