It's a nice and clean place. We enjoya lit! Some recommendations: 1. The actual place is much better than what photos shows. I had a lower expectations from looking at the photos that are not very bright and colorful. But the actual place is way better than the photos look like. Maybe update those photos, you will get a lot more guests! 2. I love this place have lots of plates and bowls! 3.Pans and some pots need to be replaced. They are very old and looks dirty. I was not able to use any pots because they are all scratched. 4. Hot water from shower is not stableb in master bedroom. My daughter got cold water shower for couple seconds when we turned on shower in another bathroom. It's probably water pressure problem or heater.. But in general, other than that we had a great experience staying here!

Love this place, it was in a very convenient spot that's 10 minutes away from everything we needed to go to (restuarants, Heavenly resort). Would come back again!

This house was a fantastic find! We stayed here with our son and another family and it worked out great! First impressions: clean, clean, clean. I was super-impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the place. Helpful notes all around the property. It was well-stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. Honestly, it was everything I wanted in a rental property. It was just like staying at my parents' place - super clean, fully functional, very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing ski trip to Tahoe. This rental property was perfect for our family and friends.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed this cozy home centrally located to restaurants and snow activities. Carina was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend to any families visiting the South Lake Tahoe area. Cold Water Brewery and Restaurant down the street was another plus!

The property was very clean and organized. Great location in a very quite area. Would stay here again.

Overall the property was nice, but we couldn’t enjoy our stay since the neighbor was spying us and we were not comfortable sitting outside. Plus we were not able to use barbecue because charcoal barbecue presents in property was banned and there were no gas barbecue. We had to eat outside every time and we had to throw all our prepared barbecue meat away.

Lovely home with well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and great outdoor space. I would highly recommend this home and would return with no hesitation! Carina was very responsive to my questions. Well done!!!

What a wonderful place to stay. My only suggestion is the front door sticks and makes a scratching sound when opening and closing. All I know thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Very clean home with cabin feels. The kids loved the living room and large sofa. Everything in the home is labeled with clear instructions. We didn't get any snow the days we were there but there was a lot of outdoor space for sledding and snowball fights nearby.

Myself and my family and a couple friends stayed the weekend for a snow trip. It was wonderful for everyone to have their own rooms and the living area was quite relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great communication with owner. Nice and spacious rooms. Spent most our time out and about but house is good for stay in vacation too. Great trails for hiking. Owner is super sweet! Would definitely consider renting house again 😊

I do have to say that we have had 4 vacation rentals,this is the best one,kind of far out from casinos(we love to gamble)but worth the effort. Home is very big, nice deck, very clean. The lockbox is kind of confusing,but we figured it out. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get a vacation rental.

A nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood, close to heavenly ski place and emerald by. Will comeback for winter ski trip.

Great location and nice back deck. Only improvements would be a mattress topper on the master bed (insanely hard) and better dishes (bowls super small, lack of some items). Overall it was nice, clean, and good location.

The house is cute and clean. However this house sleeps 6 not 10.

Location was great! Check-in process was easy and Carina, property manager, promptly returned my call when I had a question. House was clean and comfortable. Tahoe was unseasonably warm and the house has no AC, so nights were a little warm. No ceiling fans in bedrooms, but there was one desk fan and a second small fan for 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. This was my first stay in Tahoe. From what I've heard a lot of older homes don't have AC. Other than the warmer than anticipated nights, the house was great and had everything we needed. Great hiking trail directly across the street that my 3 year old even enjoyed exploring!
