The bedroom suites were exceptional. The hotel having all of the essentials needed provides a family comfort.

We loved the breakfasrt in the hotel and the fitness center. Had the necessary equipment and breakfast had good variety.
I didn't like that like most hotels at this location you cannot use two different credit cards for incidentals and the room charge. Had to put it all on one card. That ties up my debit card doing that.

cleanliness, there were hairs found just about everywhere. The bed pillows all sank in the middle and were uncomfortable. It was a trade of a kitchen for comfort, I didnt need a full kitchen.

the person at the front desk. we were in an accessible room. I thought we were getting a walk in accessible shower when the room had a tub with grab bars. she looked at possibilities and in the end found a shower chair so my sister could take a shower.
the accessible room didn’t have a walk in showere.
