Check-in was easy. Staff was marvelous. 3rd floor lobby was really warm but the room temp was excellent. Good value and great location for my needs.

the breakfast was probably the best breakfast we had at a hotel stay ever, food tasted super fresh even when we showed up at 9:15. was even still well stocked.

Small parking area. Carpets in hallways and room had stains and needed shampooing. Hairs in tub and bathroom floors. Drain plug out of tub.

The person who checked me in was nice and professional. The room was clean. The water was hot with good pressure. It was near a lot of food/shopping options.

My husband is receiving cancer treatment at the cancer center one block away. That is the main reason we are in Gilbert. However there are a number of hotels and we are glad we found this one. We will be staying there three more times this month. We do wish we could receive a special hospital visitor rate for this extended stay. The people at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious as handicapped and extremely clean. Breakfast is ample and well presented. Lots of choices.

The phone in the room were not working well, I did not get our wakeup call and the phone next to our bed did not work at all......We were told there have been problems and the staff was working on it......I was glad I did set my phone as well as our appointment at the hospital was an important one and we could not be late. The room door is soooooo heavy I can hardly get it open and most difficult to hold it open when trying to bring in the luggage.
