The accommodations are beautiful. Juan, Lulu and MaryEllen are terrific hosts. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious and Juan would give us great advice when we would tell him where we were going for the day. Parking was free and right outside the entrance. There is a refrigerator in the common area to keep our drinks and dinner leftovers cold. Loved the pool and the air conditioning onthe hot days. There is a convenience store super close and only a 15 minute walk to Plaza Grande and all the shops and great restaurants.
The wife signal was strong, but the internet provider was unreliable. Juan said he is changing providers. We used our phone “hotspot” for our internet devices.

Le propriétaire m’a facturé un PDJ supplémentaire 150 pesos parce que j’avais invité un ami alors que le tarif de la chambre était pour deux personnes…

Si j’ avais quelque chose à ajouter , je dirais qu’ étant français nous aurions aimé avoir du pain au petit déjeuner qui malgré tout était très bon .

we chose accommodation because it is not that far from the airport. You can use Uber to get to the airport or to your accommodation. We only stayed one night. Lulu and her husband are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and very clean. Water in the shower unfortunately only cold. There was a pool and drinking water. Also a fridge in the kitchen. The breakfast was very loving and sufficient. The rental car can be parked directly on the street. very safe area.
Hot water for shower would be great.

Juan and Lulu were very welcoming and looked after us incredibly well. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms comfortable with good AC and a fan.
They also gave us recommendations for further travelling. Cannot thank them enough.

Es gibt leider keinen Kühlschrank. Wenn man zurück kommt, muss man immer klingeln - die Gastgeber öffnen einem dann die Tür. Manche fühlen sich hierbei vielleicht etwas beobachtet. Frühstück: man bekommt es an den Tisch serviert.

The location was a little away from the center of the old town, but very walkable. The couple that run the BnB are very nice and helpful with recommendations of places to see, restaurants, sites, etc. It was definitely value for money.
It was a very quaint comfortable home with a nice outdoor patio by the pool where we would be served breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom very basic but clean. My only recommendation would be perhaps it's time to upgrade the bath towels.

Fantastic stay. Juan and Loulou are great hosts and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Kiko, the kitty cat, did a great job as well. I can't say thank you enough.

centrally located in centro, very clean and well maintained, the property owners were amazing people! Juan and his wife Lourdes are genuine, funny and truly have made a lasting relationship with them. they truly represent Merida as a place that makes you feel like home. highly recommend.

This is such a lovely b&b. The family are very friendly and helpful who really want you to feel at home whilst you stay. Their home is beautiful, very artistic, almost like a mini art gallery! They accommodated my needs along the way.

we really loved this little place, the room was large and very comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the water pressure the best we experienced in Mexico. and the room was made up every day. Breakfast was delicious, and generous, and the pool was very welcome as it was pretty hot while we were in Mérida.

This is a very nice B&B hosted by a lovely couple - warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay of 3 days in Merida. It is about a 15 minute walk to the city-center which was not a problem for us. We walked to and fro daily and felt safe at all times. There is a convenience store and a restaurant right next door. Our room was neat, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfasts ( prepared by the hosts themselves ) were delicious. The place has a very homely vibe. There is a small charming pool as well ( which we did not use though ).

The B&B is a calm island in vicinity of the historical city center with extremely kind and helpful hosts. Every morning awaits you with a tasty breakfast and the small pool cools you down when the city heat hits.
You need to ring the main door and wait for the host to open when you come home. While this works very smoothly, more privacy could be achieved e.g. with an automatic lock / code panel. Also, all apartments are facing the courtyard and there are no real private outdoor areas. It is essential to be respectful and quite, which is no problem per se but maybe a challenge for more outgoing people.

The hosts are amazing, locals full of tips. Breakfast was big and delicious, every day different local specialties. Bed was Cindy, hot water un the shower, airco and fan to choose from.
Location is just a bit out if the city but did not feel bad at all walking at night. Uber us active in case one prefers...

This is a lovely place with a small pool and very artistic rooms. Juan and Lulu are extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very healthy and delicious. Sitting out by the pool with only six tables allows one to chat with other visitors while eating. I would certainly stay here again if visiting Mérida.
It is about 3,000 steps to the main plaza and while I didn’t mind walking back and forth, some might feel this is a bit far. I found Uber worked extremely well when I didn’t feel like hoofing it.

Lovely terrace area next to pool for sitting & to have scrumptious breakfast made by Lulu. Juan very helpful with tourist queries. Room spacious, light & sparkly clean.
We were bit anxious to get back at reasonsable time in the evening as they don't give front door key and wait up for us!
