We have been staying her for a few years now. We wouldn’t rent anywhere else. Everything is perfect ! Clean / comfortable/ very convenient across the street from the beach! Steve Murray is the best and always welcoming and on top of all our needs.

This house is a prime location!! It was a 2 min walk from front door to sand. The communication with the owner/property manager was quick. And the house was equipped with everything we would need! Will definitely rent again!

We spent summers on our Cape Cod as children and lived here year round as adults. It was a joy to be back near the beach.We love October on the Cape. Long walks, and even a few swims. Perfect location near Mayflower beach.

Property a lot bigger than it appears. The screen porch was amazing...we used it a LOT! Outside shower had drainage issues so we didn't use. Plenty of beds for all and extra fridge was helpful for our big group. Loved the proximity to the beach...members of our party could come and go as needed (Traveling with an infant who eats every 3-4 hours.)Never were informed about trash/recycling rules (would have been helpful). Downstairs shower stream was VERY light so few showers were taken there. Have to be careful about heat in faucets and showers.....easy to get burned.
Overall, as we got use to all these things, we had a GREAT VACATION!!! Would certainly consider this location again.

We had an amazing stay! You cannot beat the location! Mayflower beach at your fingertips!
The house was perfect for our large (6 adults and 3 kids) family vacation. We enjoyed the screened in porch and gas fire pit. The 2 separate living areas worked great for us! Steve was easy to reach and very responsive with any questions we had. We loved our stay here!

This is our 2nd year staying at 57 this house. We stay here for the ideal location near Mayflower Beach. It is so nice to be able to walk back and forth when more snacks and drinks are needed! Definitely needs some interior updates but the location is perfect.

The location across the street from Mayflower beach provided the perfect backdrop for our vacation. The house was clean and the property manager very responsive. The outside patio and porch were good places to relax at the end of the day.

We totally enjoyed this beach house! It has many extras including an outdoor shower, screened-in porch and gas firepit. It was great for a family with little ones since the beach is essentially across the street. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs. It’s a very comfortable place but could use some updates -particularly the bathrooms. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we are planning on returning next year.

We loved the location, short walk to a remarkable bayside beach. That beach has sand and tidal flats and is a short walk to a marshy area with many birds.
The home housed all 11 adults and 3 babies in our family gathering
Only minor drawback is that the living room was a bit small for the entire group at once.
Same with the dining room, tho honestly, with all of us coming and going, that did not present a problem.
We highly recommend this property and the agency that manages it.

This rental experience was seamless, from contracting to departure. My family particularly enjoyed the easy access to long walks on Mayflower Beach and the evening talks around the firepit at the house. Great for our purposes -a simple family get-together in a place that felt like a comfortable family home.

This was our second year staying at this property. It is the perfect place for our family because of the location (we are beach people). The walking distance to the beach allowed my daughter with young children to go back to the house so the littles could nap and come back to rejoin the rest of us. The house had everything we needed to make the time enjoyable.
The owner is very responsive if you have a problem. Check-in is easy and the place is very clean. We hope we can do this again next year.

This property is great for one or two families. Very clean and cared for. The screen porch and back patio areas were awesome! Two separate living areas made having little and big kids easy to work with on this trip. Home is steps away from beautiful Mayflower. We will be hoping to rent again!

Ideal location especially with kids
The 2-minute walk to the beach was ideal for our family with a 5, 7, and 11-year-old. Separate living quarters were perfect for my parents. We utilized the screened-in porch and back patio the most while at the residence. The gas fire pit was perfect for a chilly night. Communication with the property manager was easy, clear, and quick.

Dennis Beach House
This was the perfect house for my family. The listing did not do it justice. It had way more to offer than we expected. The house had a very homey feeling . The location so close to the beach was great for us since some of the family had little ones who needed to nap, so they could just walk back to the house. We had a few house problems, but the owner and manager took care of them quickly. We would love to book a vacation next year in this house.

Location was great right across the street from Mayflower beach. The house had a nice grill, outside firepit, two refrigerators. Enoyed the screened in porch for those few misty mornings.

Will definitely be back!
This was such a great vacation. Loved the location, amenities, and separate living spaces! The central air was also really great since we had a very hot and humid week. Although the house could use updating, the outdoor space has been thoughtfully done and loved the television and radio speakers on the screened in porch!

Great location, great for multi family gatherings
The house layout is good for multi-family use based on the separate living areas. The location is the best especially when we see cars waiting in line for the parking queue. The house could use some updating but everything you need is provided (minus Covid restrictions). Good communication with property manager.

Great Spot!
Great location with plenty of room! Our family along with friends stayed and had a wonderful time. The screened in porch & fire pit were the best way to end the day after spending the day at the beach. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Family get away
Great house for a family vacation. Right across the street from the beach and convenient to everything. We weren't even to the airport when my granddaughter said, "Papa I want to come back next summer!"

Great location
Great spot for a few family's. We had 3 family's and kids from 2-12. Enjoy the short walk to the beach and the back yard propane fire pit at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Location location location!!!
Short walk to Mayflower Beach, which is a difficult beach to get parking. So, this was perfect! The house had everything we needed, clean, spacious, 3 showers which was so helpful, central AC, 5 bedrooms, 2 floors, and I think 3 TVs (we didn’t watch)., Oh and almost forgot... a washer and dryer, which was awesome!!!
It was perfect for our family of 4, and other family member and friends that came for a visit. Loved it

Family getaway
We stayed here June 2020. Everything was perfect . Close to beach and house has everything you need. Communication with Steve was amazing . Steve made sure that we were happy. Would definitelyove to return.
