The location is beautiful. The house itself is large and inviting and all 13 of us were able to be together to celebrate but also there was so much room for everyone to spread out and not be in each other's way. We had a wonderful time! The drive to Yellowstone was easy and also the surrounding areas...Nature at its very best. If you are considering vacationing in this area, we recommend staying here...you will enjoy it!

What an amazing trip to visit Yellowstone! The house was amazing, with plenty of spacious community room. We loved the wrap around porch and spent much time out there. The owners were amazingly responsive to our needs, as well!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 adult children, their spouses, and 3 very young grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect for us. I was so impressed with the cleanliness. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

This property is nice, but there were issues. We arrived late and the area is extremely dark and there was no outside lighting on which made it very difficult to find the property. This area is very remote and located in a pine tree forest which isn’t a bad thing but arriving late without lighting on can be a safety issue. It should be noted to the renter in the arrival instructions and some lighting left on for arriving renters.
The cleaning crew failed in their preparations for our stay. There were no pillowcases on any of the pillows on any of the beds or in the closets and there were none available in the house to place on the pillows. The first-floor master bedroom had no mattress pad on the bed and on the upstairs master bed there was only a bottom sheet and no top sheet. Towels were at a minimum. The upstairs master bedroom had only two side tables and no dresser or even a chair to place things on. The kitchen was not property cleaned. All of this, outside of the mattress pad, was addressed by the owner once I notified her.
While the cleaning crew let down the owners, it was apparent that they were not aware of the lack of competency of the company they placed their trust in. As they say first appearances are important and lasting. Had the property been ready for our visit this review would have been much better but since the cost of the rental was the major expense of our vacation and we were disappointed.

This house looks even better in person than the pictures! The kitchen is great to cook in, and is very well stocked with pans and dishes, even crockpots and blenders. The grill is a great feature as well. We enjoyed the pool table every day. There was lots of space to be together, but also to spread out too!
Its about 40 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance, shops and restaurants, so, very convenient!
Loved our stay, we would definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. House is just as described and a great place to stay when visiting Yellowstone. Only about 40 minutes from the gate and a easy drive to the gate. Owner is very helpful and responsive and was quick to remedy any problem that may occur

Our whole group enjoyed staying at this cabin. The property was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room to gather together, but also to spread out when needed. The location was great for access to a variety of outdoor recreation options. The property owners were responsive to any questions or requests we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and clean with tons of space for a large group. We were multiple couples with lots of kids and never felt crowded. Close to Yellowstone with lots of attractions nearby. Host was incredibly responsive to all questions and very helpful. Highly recommend.

This house was fantastic! Our multigenerational family of 12 loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house. It came equipped with everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen, three full and one half bathrooms and games for the kids to play. The open concept kitchen/living room was great for conversation and the kids loved the playroom downstairs. We had to contact the owners about an issue and they responded immediately which we appreciated. It's about a 40 minute drive to Yellowstone's west entrance which was centrally located for all the attractions in the park. I would highly recommend this house!

My family and I had a great stay here for our trip to Yellowstone. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the west entrance of the park. The house was perfect for three generations. Grandparents had a nice private master suite and the kids had plenty of space to play. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful House with all the Amenities. Very clean and looks new! Very nice furniture, beds, and all the kitchen supplies needed.
We had a blast with Yellowstone and Riding UTV’s. Spacious trailer parking and ride UTV’s from the house to the trails.

We stayed here for a family vacay. The entire Island is wooded and peaceful, plenty of space for kids to run and explore. The porch is an incredible spot for morning coffee and a good book. We loved the spot and we plan on coming back.

Beautiful cabin on Bill’s Island
Loved our stay. Lake is a couple blocks away and was a cute quiet cove. Cabin is really nice and roomy.

We had a wonderful time cooking and eating meals at the cabin and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. We saw a momma moose and her calf right by the cabin! The property manager was easy to get a hold of which is a plus! This cabin was perfect for our family vacation with the openness in the cabin. You can see the living room tv from upstairs and talk to everyone pretty much from anywhere in the house except for the downstairs pool table room that was a big room that we spent time in playing together. We had grandma and my parents and sister and my aunt and uncle with their five kids! It was a blast! And it’s really close to west Yellowstone where we shopped and ate at firehole bbq that place was so good that we went back and ate there twice on our trip! It’s 2 and 1/2 hours away from Teton National Park and we went there several times on our trip too. 3 hours away from craters of the moon National park that place was awesome. And 30 mins away from mesa falls which was beautiful and 20 mins away from big springs park which was beautiful! There’s a bar at the lodge that was 5 mins away that had live music. This was a really good location.

The lodge was perfect for what we were needing on our Damily vacation.
The gated community was very private and secure. The kids were able to enjoy the outside as well as having enough room inside to visit and interact with each other family members. Communication with the property manager’s was excellent! Chelsea responded to our questions very quickly, respectfully and politely. When you’re on vacation away from home these things are very much appreciated. Thanks so much for a great stay. Truly M. M.

Overall experience was good. If there was one issue it was cleanliness. Kitchen cabinets need to be wiped down. Inside of oven is dirty due to people cooking and it spilling over. Vacuum was full of dirt from many cleanings. 2nd fridge would have been extremely helpful due to large group size. Also, a snow shovel would have meek helpful to clear the walkway. Setting was amazing and space provided in the house was great.

Family Vacation
We come to the Yellowstone area every September, but this was our first time staying in Island Park. The home was beautiful and well appointed. There were seven adults and four grandchildren and this home was perfect for us. It was very clean and well maintained.

Beds were comfortable. All TV’s were used and working with Dish Network (so everyone got to watch the football games) and the pool table was a huge hit and used daily.
Having all the bathrooms was also very nice. No one had to wait LOL
We used the outdoor grill and it does look like it will need replaced soon as the bottom was rusting but we used grill mats and was careful with no issues.
Manager was helpful on getting thru gate and the questions I had.
Overall everyone was happy and we had the BEST time and all agreed we would try to rent this home again for another trip.

Very nice cabin
So nice and roomy. Loved the 2 family rooms, deck, TVs in every bedroom, kitchen, master bathroom. It’s a beautiful, new cabin. Nice that the garbage is taken twice a week.
Not Great Lake access, so we went over to lakeside lodge for our lake day. Basement was really cold when upstairs was nice.
We plan to stay again next year.

The cabin was very clean and accommodated our party of 9 very well. Only 30 mins to Yellowstone and found lots of nice places to eat.
Found everything we needed and we were all very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.
