Czysty hotel, obsługa bardzo pomocna. Śniadania smaczne, klimatyzacja w dobrym stanie. Blisko do plaży, a piejące koguty nam nie przeszkadzały :)

I liked the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Also that all the facilities work super good.

The breakfast is same everyday. Even if one likes eggs, it can get very repetitive very fast

La habitación era comoda, las zonas comunes. El aire acondicionado. Cerca de la playa.

El hotel tenia para comer y beber alli pero el personal era muy lento, te daban ganas de no pedir más. Incluso muchas cosas que ponian que tenían luego no las tenían. La fuerza del agua de la ducha era pésima y además no sabías cuando iba a salir el agua caliente.

Everything bfast was good and the Ate Maya made sure we got everything we need. They even assisted us on our tours and they were all very nice.

The courteous and friendly staff, and the food. Ata Maya specifically is probably the happiest person we’ve met. One of the ates there gladly made my tocino home-made when they ran out of stock. Even made it in advance for bfast the next day when I said I wanted the same home-made version. Also was able to work here with no issues because wifi is good. Staff patiently waited for guests to finish watching their film at the work area even if it’s already past 10pm.

The toilet could get noisy and the lights are too dim. Did not affect our overall stay there though. Would still come back to this place for next time.

The room is super clean and smelled fresh when i checked-in. They provide the very same rooms in the photos and even better because it's bigger irl. 😀💯 Their location is great too! Just 2-3 min walk to PB Beach, look for the swings hanging in coconut trees. I stayed there most of the time. It's a quiet place with a nice view of the mountain by the door (if you'll be staying in the 2-3F) They also offer inland tours and island hopping. Their food serving is big considering its price. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Not only it's delicious, it's also good quality. Try their pasta, sandwiches and continental bfast 😁 The staff know what customer service is 💯❤️😍 Ate Maia is beyond nice, always smiling and greets you everytime she sees you. Make sure to look for her when you book a room here 😁 Grace is equally good and attentive. Dodong (she is a girl given that name 😄) cooks scrambled eggs just the way i like it. Lastly, the owners are friendly too, always smiles and the vibe in this place adds value to your vacation. ❤️💯 If you are visiting Port Barton, do not book anywhere else but here! Lunazul is the only place to be 😀❤️🏖️ i will definitely come back to this place 😍⛰️🌅🏖️

Although they offer thermos for hot water, i think it's better to have water heater in the rooms 😀

100% recommended. Well worth it’s value. Definitely will come back if I visit port Barton again. Foods are delicious and fresh. The staff is kind and helpful. It has AC, hot water and Wifi.

This place is as nice at it looks on the pictures. our room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Nothing, if I come again to Port Barton this would be my place of choice.

there was no AC, but I left the balcony door open for the night and fan was working also. Nice little breeze came to the room.

The manager of the place was extremely helpful - I got stung by a jellyfish and she ensured I got the medical help I needed and checked on us.

The water sometimes stopped working for several hours at a time.

Hotel was on the side so it was nice

We booked a room next to the reception and paid in advance. When we arrived they didn’t have the room for us. They gave us totally different (worst room) and we were not happy at all. We didn’t receive any apologies and weren’t offered any compensation for example free drink on the house. Drinks were 2-3 times more expensive than drinks (for example rum and coke 200php in Lunazun, 65pesos on the beach), bfast was very average 3 slices of toasted bread, a bit of jam and butter, slice of fruit and tea or coffee (juice for extra payment). At night is very noisy because their dog is barking all the time.

The best accommodation I had the pleasure of staying in on all of Palawan. Friendly and helpful staff, accommodation close to the beach. I highly recommend. Another plus for cleanliness at the highest level.
