Lo que no se puede mejorar es las vistas panorámicas al mar y a la montaña que se encuentran en los jardines privados privados y amurallados, con piscina y bañera de hidromasaje. consiste en:
Casa principal con cocina grande, bien equipada y acogedora, que incluye lavaplatos, lavadora, frigorífico, cocina y vitrocerámica, con mesa y sillas grandes (con capacidad para 6), ventana lateral y puertas francesas a terraza, piscina, jardín y vistas,
Gran salón con capacidad para 10 personas, chimenea, dos ventanas y puertas francesas a terraza, piscina, jardín y vistas. Baño de buen tamaño con ducha, bidet, lavabo, w. c., al lado del dormitorio principal con cama doble grande, armarios empotrados, tocador, cajones, puertas francesas a la terraza, piscina, jardín y vistas.
Anexo separado que consiste en:
Dormitorio 2 con dos camas individuales, mesitas de noche, armarios, ventanas y puertas francesas a la terraza, piscina, jardín y vistas,
puerta al baño en suite con ducha grande, lavabo y wc. ,
3 dormitorios con cama doble, cajones de noche, armario, tocador, ventana y puertas francesas a terraza, piscina, jardín y vistas, puerta de baño con ducha grande, lavabo y wc.
Afuera hay una gran terraza y una gran piscina (¡lo suficientemente grande como para nadar!) con amplias tumbonas y zona de estar, cuatro mesas y sillas exteriores, zona de barbacoa con barbacoa incorporada y, por supuesto, las vistas. Zona ajardinada con más vistas de alcance. Área de terraza elevada con jacuzzi sumergido, área de descanso con vistas extendidas. Más área de terraza con casa de verano que ofrece una acogedora sala de estar protegida con vistas extendidas. Estamos bien ubicados para visitar el tranquilo casco antiguo y el puerto, o para más acción, la bulliciosa Avenida y Playa Grande, a unos 1,5 km a pie.

Although the property has a set up for family and or friends we took this opportunity as a couple to have the space provided and utilise it for our benefit, and it was perfect.
The layout is good with the use of a fully fitted indoor kitchen or the outdoor kitchen with BBQ, the terrace is huge with a great sized swimming pool (a bit chilly) but once you are in it is great, and the hot tub on another additional terrace tops it off. For those who like to keep in touch the Wifi is good and more than adequate and the TV packages are more than fine, channels for everyone.
The beds are very comfortable, we slept very well mainly due to the location as it is so peaceful, so so quiet. The 20min walk down into PDC is a comfortable walk but quite a task coming back, but there are plenty of Taxi's around for around 4-5euros, well worth it.
For a relaxing peaceful holiday you can't go far wrong with Casa Anabella.

Everything you could ask for and more. Ages from 15 to 40 and everyone was happy.
In a quiet location but close enough to walk to the strip or the old town with no problems.

We’ve stayed in multiple villas in Lanzarote and this was our favourite by far. Everything was spotlessly clean inside & out, and the villa was well-equipped. The rooms were spacious & comfortable, but it was the vast outdoor space & large pool that set this villa apart. Although there were only 4 of us you could easily have more people staying and not getting on top of one another.
Communication with the owner Mel was very good, with prompt informative replies both before & during our stay, and her flexibility was appreciated.
Overall we loved our stay at Casa Anabella, with the highlight being the stunning views of the volcanoes from the garden, which we never grew tired of. Would definitely recommend!

Ideal property for 3 older couples. Lots of places to lounge & eat so we were never on top of each other. Lovely walk down to the harbour & beaches - rather a slow walk back up!
Shame there were no pool towels.
The property manager never contacted us and didn’t check our passports as expected, but we didn’t need to contact her.

We stayed for a week post Christmas. i was delighted to see that house was decorated for the season. The first time i had experienced this.
It was clean, had everything we needed. very spacious inside and out and we were treated to exceptional sunsets from the patio, whilst sipping pre-dinner drinks.
Its about a 20 minute walk to the Port, which is very doable and the route is lit all the way back after dinner so felt safe.
Hot tub was fab at new year, we sat in it watching fireworks from the port. The pool was a little chilly, it was December, but what a great pool anyway.
I would highly recommend couples or families to stay here .

Our first time to Lanzarote. The villa and its location could not be beat. The aspect of the villa across the sea and the sunsets were amazing. We had 23-27degrees over Christmas so we made use of the short walk to the beach. The villa had all the things needed to me this a wonderful stay on an amazing island.

Its right at the top of the Puerto Del Carmen resort in a lovely neighbourhood, so mainly quiet and peaceful, but only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our daughters absolutely loved the pool, and having the hot tub to warm up in when the wind was up was the cherry on the cake. Mel was an excellent host and very responsive to our questions. And Lanzarote was the gift that kept on giving - so many amazing places to explore and sites to see. I highly recommend hiring a car and getting out and about seeing the Cesar Manrique gardens, the volcano park and some of the more remote beaches. We loved it!

Easy to find and get ourselves in, waterpump had broken but fixed the very next morning. Owners Mel and Ray helped with a temporary fix overnight. Phillipa was very helpful with the family we were with helping with translation for a report. She let us check out late as the next guests were coming the next day most appreciated!

Our family, 6 adults plus a toddler, had a great holiday in Lanzarote and a major factor was the lovely villa we stayed in. There were 3 en-suite rooms that gave us all some privacy and communal facilities, including a well equipped kitchen and very spacious living room, that included a tv with lots of channels and good internet access. There was a large swimming pool to enjoy, plenty of comfortable sunbeds, a hot tub and even a table tennis table. The villa was in a quiet area, with nice views and was just a ten minute walk to a couple of supermarkets and only a few minutes more to the main town. Only minor concern for some would be a fairly steep walk home, but a taxi was less than €3 for the couple of times I was too lazy to hoof it! In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely villa and hope to return again in due course 😀

An amazing Villa! I would highly recommend this property for any stay. its super clean and have bed nets for mosquito season, anti cockroach plug ins (for anyone that has a phobia) and plenty of fans for hot days. the property is very big and very comfortable with a huge pool (its fabulous) and a hot tub that sits 6 adults. the views are lovely especially in the evening. I can not highlight how clean this place is. With lovely big bedrooms and all bedrooms have en suites that are also big, clean, no musty smell. The beds were so comfortable!!Everything you would need for your holiday is provided . we cooked in a few nights (Kitchen is well stocked for utensils )and had a BBq too with Lidl and a few other supermarkets within a 10 min walk. its only 10-15 min walk to the main strip. if you are renting a car there is parking within the gates so the car is safe and the security within the villa itself is very good.situated in a lovely quiet area too with plenty of bins around for your rubbish. excellent contact with the property owner and also loads of information with in the villa provided in well prepared folders ...from user manuals to surrounding attractions. i honestly couldn't say anything negative about this place and we always rent different villas in PDC for the last few years . i have already recommended this property to some of my friends..it actually made the holiday so much better!
