big pool was really cold, missmatch various towels finding parking was really difficult

Apartment was pretty nice. Site of the hotel is maybe the best in Playa de las Americas. Pools are fine and restaurants and garden are cozy.

Restaurant Atlantico could somewhat rise the food rate in that case we had eated there more. Now it is too much like beach bar and.

Location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The complex was very quiet. The host, Willem, was very accommodating to us.

Very central location but still so close to a beach, busy but very clean complex, pleanty of eating places nearby.

Few nights we were woken up by people in the complex being very loud/having party very late. But if you keep the property doors closed - the noise was not too bad.

The location was amazing, right in the centre of everything. Our apartment overlooked the gardens within the pool area. It was so picturesque and very peaceful. The apt was only a 2 minute walk to the promenade and beach. When we arrived we were met by Willem, an absolute gem of a guy. He couldn't have done enough for us, and checked in every few days to see if we needed anything. It is people like him that makes others want to return. I couldnt rate him highly enough. The apt was very well equipped, and had absolutely everything you would need, including beach towels. The large terrace got the sun all day, but we had the option of using the awning.

To be honest, there was nothing I didn't like. Maybe just a fresh lick of paint inside and a duvet cover for the bedsettee more suitable for a teenager. It was more appropriate for a toddler.

Our host Willam was very helpful and welcoming. We really liked the apartment, the hotel and the kid area. We loved the location. Would recomend to anyone and hope to be back one day ❤

Very central, in a nice area. The owner of the property, Willam, was very flexible. we had a late flight home so he let us not check out until 4pm, at no extra cost. the kids pool is excellent, kids 4yr+ will love the slides. very friendly complex and very safe.

our apartment was on the first floor, and there is no lift, we had a double buggy so left it at the bottom of the steps, but a neighbour offered for us to park it in his ground floor apartment.

Parque Santiago 3, is a little piece of paradise. The complex is beautiful and spotlessly clean, it almost sit's on the beach. It has a couple of pool's one which is huge. Older kid's loved it. It also has a really lovely splash park for younger children also a big bonus!! On site there are plenty of options to eat &drink all really nice, but also it is in easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars & shops. The location is perfect. A big Thank you to our host Willem, our apartment was fabulous it had everything you could possibly need & more for a self catering family holiday. The view from our balcony was just amazing. We have already booked a return trip & looking forward to meeting our host Willem again😎

There is absolutely nothing not to like about Parque Santiago 3, it is perfect.

Our host Willem met us as we stepped out of the taxi. He gave us a warm welcome and even had a few cold cans in the fridge for our arrival. Everything was excellent and we can’t wait to come back next year.
