Good food and versatile. All inclusive was very worth it. Staff were friendly and patient

Wi-Fi was quite weak

Great breakfast and dinner options (included vegetarian and vegan). Staff were attentive and welcoming. Lots of parking and close to the highway that gets you quick to the rest of the island. Room was clean. Nice evening animation. We spent most of our time outside the hotel.

Wifi in the room (3rd floor) didn’t quite reach. We had to used data. Only one side of the bed had an outlet, so we took turns to charge our phones/gear.

Breakfast was excellent, catered for all (including coeliac). Staff excellent, room was spotless

what a stay! there were 17 of us and it was a brilliant trip. hotel was close enough to bars, restaurants etc without being too close to be noisy. the pool and the entertainment (and I’m not someone who usually engages in holiday entertainment) was brilliant. staff were lovely and friendly, invited you to be involved but weren’t pushy if you didn’t want to. Thank you Ole for such a great trip! breakfast was lovely too and catered to vegans and GF

The food selection was excellent with lots of choices for all. The room was huge and was cleaned every day. The staff were so friendly and had many different fitness activities and great entertainment every evening. The location is 10/10 near bus stops, near the strip, near the beach and a short walk from Siam park.

It says on Booking.com there is a 'minibar' however it's just an empty fridge you can use and no drinks are put in there for you to have.

Everything was good. I will recomend this hotel for Friends in the future. And see you soon.

Bar staff and swimming area, location is also good, about 8 minutes walk to the beach.

The car i rented from a hotel affiliate. Otherwise rest was good.

Large Groups of Young Men! ( & Women) Breakfast closed at 09.30. Room needed a bit of TLC. The Hotel is described with Sea View ( Which we had on Top Floor) but it leads you to believe it’s on the Seafront ( which it isn’t)

We were all inclusive. Very pleased with choice of food and quality offered and it was warm or hot. Lovely warm pool. The staff. Very clean throughout the chambermaids did an excellent job.

Seeing a drug addict in reception was a complete shock he was completely delusional and hysterical until police took him away. The poor reception staff had to endure a long time awaiting the police over his screaming "someone is going to kill me!!" There is no security during the day so he was allowed to jump the wall to get in and roam around. They need 24 hour security (they have security at night) an absolute must. The "suite" was basic the "furniture", cheap plywood, the sofa bed worn out and uncomfortable, the rooms look tired the flooring well used, in need a refurbishment but fully understand with the loss of income due to Covid but now sold to Iberotel a subsidiary of the giant TUI with deeper pockets to invest wit Apart from that you have say all the staff and entertainment team were fantastic so friendly ,polite and willing to help. It is the staff that would make us return.

The hole stay was really good. The hotel and the staff made the stay perfect. The food was excellent.

food good staff where brilliant as well especially Powell and nikola and sheila met the manager who was sound as well. overall great location central to every thing good heated pool plenty sun loungers just make sure your up early enough to get the towels down on them cause the 1 2 sun bed reserve crew are up sharp.

could have done with a bit different variety on buffet always was kind of the same food for my 9 day stay the sea food options were nice though plus the traditional Spanish food. also enough plain food for the non adventurous type

Terrible beds. We were supposed to have a double bed, but in the whole hotel there are only single beds pushed together. They have wheels so they keep moving. Sleeping on it was bad...

Staff were amazing very friendly and attentive and so involved in making the guests stay a memorable one. The facilities were excellent, great food, superb value for money lovely pool and the option to upgrade to all inclusive for a very reasonable price
