Avocet Cottage was modern and spotless. Towels were provided which was a great help as we travelled by train and didn’t want to bring too much luggage. The location was excellent! It was Close to the beach , high street and train station. We were pleased with everything. The only thing I would point out is the steps leading up to the front door may be tricky for some people.

LOCATION REALLY EXCELLENT. COMFORTABLE AND VERY REASONABLY QUIET, DESPITE BEING IN THE CENTRE OF SHERINGHAM AND THE FACT IT WAS CARNIVAL WEEK.

CAR PARKING - HAD TO USE PUBLIC CAR-PARK. STEPS FROM THE FRONT DOOR TO THE STREET LEVEL WERE A BIT TRICKY AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS FOR ELDERLY VISITORS.

location was ideal.it was close to town and for walks along the seafront and a bonus was that we were able to get parked in street near the cottage

Beautifully clean, warm and comfortable.

Difficult to find initially, a horrible top step that my partner really struggled with and an unusably small basin in the bathroom.

The property was spacious, beautifully decorated, close to the beach and most importantly dog friendly.

So handy for the shops and train station and seafront.

The steps to the property are steep suggest a handrail would help people who are not so agile.

Great location and very easy to find parking space

only down size was the creaky bedroom floor boards and no lock on bathroom door

Great location and fabulous accomodation. Cosy and warm even in a cold January break. Well equipped, we wanted for nothing. A highly reccomended place to stay.
