Ocean View Villa 4 es una de las cuatro villas de lujo de 4 estrellas frente al mar disfrutando de vistas panorámicas de la bahía más de Geographe Bay, Dunsborough.
Situado en una tranquila calle sin salida y sólo 3 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad de Dunsborough, estamos frente a la gloriosa, tranquilo y pintoresco Dunn Bay.
Ocean View Villa 4 es una villa moderna, totalmente independiente, completamente amueblada, de dos plantas, que maximiza las impresionantes vistas desde ambas plantas.
Diseño de la villa;
Todas las habitaciones se encuentran arriba.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, baño privado y balcón con magníficas vistas de la bahía de Geographe.
El dormitorio 2 tiene una cama tamaño queen y comparte un baño con el dormitorio 3, que tiene una cama doble y una litera.
Un tercer baño se encuentra abajo.
Todos los espacios de vida y la cocina son de planta abierta y todos gozan de vistas al mar, al igual que el patio, que se adjunta, parte pavimentada, parte chibado, con un precioso jardín muy cuidado.
El patio está perfectamente preparado para comer al aire libre con un escenario al aire libre de 8 plazas y una nueva barbacoa de gas.
Los perros pequeños pueden ser permitidos bajo petición. Los perros deben estar bien entrenados y no saltar sobre ningún mueble. Tenga en cuenta que la cerca no es alta (aprox. 1 m), por lo que es más adecuada para perros pequeños.
Ubicación sensacional: se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie de varios bares, boutiques, restaurantes y tiendas minoristas locales. Inmediatamente enfrente de la villa hay un camino pavimentado para caminar / andar en bicicleta que se extiende aproximadamente 3 km en una dirección y otra 6 km en la otra, a lo largo de la hermosa playa de Dunsborough y Quindalup. Varios parques y playas de natación para elegir a poca distancia a pie. A lo largo de la playa se extienden áreas de césped públicas con mesas de picnic y barbacoa de uso gratuito bajo árboles a la sombra.
El alquiler de bicicletas, el paddleboard, el surfcat y el alquiler de kayak están disponibles en temporada a solo 150 metros de la villa.

Great spot to stay. Love the location. House was a little smaller than I thought but it suited our needs well. Would have been nice to see shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and not just soap. Loved we could bring our little dog. It was great 😊

Accommodation was spacious and layout was good for our 2 family and our pet dog.

Cleanliness wise was also pretty good and we were quite happy with the place when we checked in. There was also cleaning and washing stuff available if needed.
Kitchen equipment was well provided.
Ample towels were provided.
Only few suggestions are possibly upgrading the flooring upstairs as it was looking very tired, hair dryers need a change as it didn't look safe, sofa was looking tired, some of the bed linen looked very worn out.
Communication with manager was very prompt and responsive. 👍

We had a great stay. Was a family reunion and the location was perfect. Close to town and coffee as well as other holiday rentals where the rest of my family were staying. Property layout was good and very well equiped. Lise was an excellent host, answering all questions promptly.

Only negative I would say is the window treatments in the bedrooms - don’t quite cover the windows so a lot of light is let which means early starts. If you are an early riser this wouldn’t be an issue for you.

Fantastic location right on the beach
Property is directly opposite the dog beach on Geographe Bay, and is very quiet as it is on a No Through Rd. There is a very good running/walking/cycling track which runs along the coast both ways, right outside the property. We used the dog beach and the track at least once a day. We all really enjoyed our stay here.
