Great place to stay close to Bend and in quiet neighborhood. East parking and access to home.

Stayed here to participate in the Pacific Crest Half Marathon. The house was perfect for three couples…so clean and comfortable, and perfectly located for everything!

Home has twp master bedrooms. Large living area where both families can interact while playing pool or ping pong, and the others sitting and standing having plenty of room to cheer. Dining area and kitchen big enough to easily accommodate 7 at main table and a bar for another 4 if needed.

Loved staying at this house. We’re looking forward to coming back.

We chose Bend for our small family reunion in October and this wonderful home ended up being exactly perfect for our needs! This large, roomy, open-space home had a wonderful master-suite downstairs for one couple and then upstairs three more bedrooms, one with a huge ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and the other two had another bathroom to share. The three upstairs bedrooms all surround a communal entertainment room which we very much enjoyed for movie night, lots of games and fun which would be great for families with children too. The kitchen was well-equipped (only suggestion would be having the knives sharpened as they were very dull even for chopping lettuce ;) ) and the the backyard and deck are dreamy. While it was rainy and cold while visiting, it was also the PERFECT time to enjoy the gorgeous Fall colors especially in that neighborhood. The area is safe, quiet and beautiful - in fact my Dad was checking home prices because he loved it so much. Location to the Old Mill District was wonderful - an easy drive to tons of restaurants, shopping and the movie theater. We were being super careful so we did meals for takeout but, for those, able to enjoy the foodies scene, the choices were abundant, especially for Vegan/Vegetarians. Highly highly recommend this home and the owners were so wonderful about communicating well! The house was spotlessly clean - zero complaints! This home is definitely for those who can do stairs - the stairs to come into the home are fairly steep (though only a few) and coming around the back side is a bit uneven. That along with the stairs to the second floor would not make a great match for wheelchairs or those with limited mobility but for us there was no issue. Couldn't be happier with our stay and would not hesitate to rent again! Thank you so much!!!

This was the perfect house for our group - 4 adults and 4 kids (4 and under). There was so much space to spread out and the fenced backyard provided the perfect play area. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive. We only had one little issue where there were no extra kitchen towels, and they delivered some promptly once I asked. The house is in a great family neighborhood with parks nearby. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at this property while visiting family in Bend. It was the perfect home to have family over for meals during our visit. We had all ages staying in the home and everything the house had to offer accommodated all ages. The spacious backyard was a great addition to the home for the little ones. The neighborhood was really nice, and accessible to the rest the of town and freeway. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need while staying in the home, and for cooking. Plenty of linens, toiletries and bedding for a large group. The homeowner answered my questions promptly prior to our visit, and provided a contact for us while we were there (but it was never needed). The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay at this home again if available when we visit the area next time.

We had a group of 8 girls from all over, we really enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room for us all. Would definitely rent again! We needed the washer and didn’t know we didn’t have access to the laundry room. I still don’t see it anywhere in the listing. I was told if you are staying for more than 5 days then you get access. I’m not sure if the reason behind this. But just good info to have for future renters. Also the garage is locked, it would have been nice to be able to open it for loading and unloading. However the back yard was huge, and would be a great place for kids. Bend is absolutely beautiful!!

This house was great. It was huge with plenty of room for 4 couples. It was probably the most clean rental we have stayed in. Everyone loved the house and was very happy with how clean and nice it was. Great neighborhood. Definitely stay here again

This house was clean, relaxing and was nice for my big family.My biggest complaint would be that it was not disclosed in house description that the garage would be locked. My mom is in a wheel chair and the access to front door was down stairs( there is a path on side of house, but difficult to push a wheel chair) We contacted the host to see about garage access and she never called us back. Also, there was no place for my mom to sit and eat. The kitchen table is a high top as is the bar counter. I am a full time Bend resident so i was able to bring over a folding table and chairs. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

This house was perfect for us. With 2 master suites, and plenty of space for games, and relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped, there was nothing we found lacking. Bend has tons of outdoor activities. We'll have to come again! Thank You Eric!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The back yard was an amazing space to hang out with family and friends. Very clean, with plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely stay here again!!

This house is a great vacation home in a fantastic vacation city! The location of the house is close to anything and everything you would want to do in the Bend area. The house is well stocked, clean, large, and very accommodating. The owners were very easy to work with. We will definitely​ use the house again if possible.

We highly recommend Eric's large and comfy home in this quiet family neighborhood close to the Old Mill. Eric supplied us with everything necessary to enjoy his home as if it was our own...plenty of clean towels and kitchen and bath basics; well-stocked coffee bar; easy to use entertainment options; and thoughtful welcome treats. We weren't asked to bring out the garbage bins and we didn't need to shovel/salt the snow. That was done for us! The games and DVD options were family friendly. The decor is tasteful and the photos are accurate! Clean!!! You'll be happy staying here!
