Everything was well thought out for comfort without unnecessary extravagances. Two layers of curtains. Environmentally friendly. Great breeze from 2 balcony sliders. Beds crisply made every day. Decorated with artisanias instead of generic art. Great location. 24-hour desk was the only way to get into the hotel, which made me feel safer.

Wish there was coffee nearby to bring back to the room in the morning and enjoy the balcony. My ceiling fan was missing a knob which was difficult for my arthritic hands to turn.

- Nice location within walking distance of everything you want to see in Queretero, but not in the heart of everything. - Rooms look out on a small inner courtyard, so property is quiet. - Large rooms simply decorated.

- Cafe at hotel has closed. - Rooms seem to vary. We had a king room without any large openable windows while other rooms had small balconies with sliding glass doors. More openable windows would have been nice.

The place itself, modern, minimalistic, cozy.

The parking area, it has a parking walking distance. But it’s a bit of a hustle if you are carrying bags.

We liked this little quaint hotel. Bed is comfortable. The little terrace is nice, over looking the courtyard.

Finding the parking lot was an issue as we did not realize there were so many one way streets and had to keep driving around to find it. Then dragging our luggage on cobblestones to find the hote afew blocks away was frustrating. Especially when it's getting dark.

The shower was good -- nice hot water and pressure -- but took a bit of tinkering to get decent pressure and hot water at the same time.

Basic room with concrete floors. Parking nightmare- 9 mins drive and 5 mins walk with luggage. Hotel on a small one way street with no signage on road. Need to ring bell for staff to open gate to hotel at all times

Hotel is well located, close to city center and all attractions. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful and welcoming.

Water pressure could have been a liitle better in the shower.

A very boutique style feel. Lovely clean and white arty layout. A big comfortable bed, and wi-fi worked well for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. High quality furnishings/feel. Great location for the centro historico too.

I'd definitely prefer to have a bathroom door - Please... It would be nice for breakfast to be reinstated. Small detail, but needing to be let into the main door by staff each time is a bit awkward. I'd suggest the guests be given a key, or at least a remote buzzer be implemented. Seems like more negatives than positives, but it really is a very nice place!

The hotel is amazing overall, and a extremely good value. It's located in the historic center but it's on a quiet street away from the noise. It's a small hotel boutique but it's really comfortable and stylish, rooms are good and amenities are limited but good enough for a great stay. Kudos to the staff who was so helpful and kind. Great work guys!

The dinning hall is closed temporarily, they should adapt a coworking space or something like that there to get the most of that space. You rely on the staff to enter the hotel, the main door is always closed and you need to ring for the staff to open it.
