Has water heater but not too strong. Wifi didn’t work.

House is very clean and comfortable. The location is good too.not too strict in the property and staff smiles alot

Nothing much for a one night stay

Location, how helpful Mr Omar the host was and the property itself was great. The head of the security team was also very helpful in helping us with our transport to the airport. Without him the on duty security for the building was very unwilling ti help .

The desk staff in the lobby were very grim, not smiling and very unapproachable. The night lady security guard was very unfriendly too. She made things very difficult for us. I understand that they have rules to follow but there are ways to explain or deal with people.

Easy access. Very homey. Everything you need from bathroom slippers to kitchen utensils are provided.

A bit of musty smell on one of the bedrooms, just needed to be aired out.

Good location. Clean . Right near airport and the sky bridge

Everything, it's very comfortable and accommodating...

Close to T3. Simple walk via Runway Manila with our suitcases, only about 200m along the road and the guard at the gate had our name and directed us to the check in security counter. Filtered water chiller inside the room was a bonus. TV had Netflix etc. 2 bathrooms. A few shops, cafes and restaurants nearby on opposite side of building from airport.

Love it spacious and clean

Kuya Omar is esponsive to my inquiry. The location is near terminal 3 you can even walk from there going to this place., the unit is near to the pool perfect place if you have kids. Clean and complete kitchen utensils, spacious bedrooms, they have iron and blow dryer. The staffs are accommodating and the location is near to church and convenient stores.we really enjoyed our stay here

It's not a deal breaker (I'd still book in the future. I really like the place, it's clean, safe and everything is organized. Omar is nice too!) but I was hoping the master bathroom's water heater was fixed during this 2nd stay but it wasn't (no hot water during our 1st stay as well). The only one which has a working Water heater was the common bathroom.

There were cockroaches in the room and it is terrible.
