The staff were incredible. They were always willing to help in any way that they could. The rooms were spacious and clean. They provided a little bed for my toddler with clean sheets. The beds were comfy. The restaurant attached was incredible. The staff there were so sweet and the food was incredible. The proximity to the salcedo market, restaurants, and mall were also a highlight!

The pool was incredibly cold. Since there is in overhang, the pool gets zero sun. My daughter's lips were turning purple in the pool. Also, the housekeeping staff wouldn't replace crucial items without prompting (like toilet paper, coffee, towels)

Location was fantastic, very easy to go to BGC as well. The rooms were clean and the facilities were neat. The staff were helpful and accomodating.

The chairs in the room were uncomfortable. Not recommended for long hours of sitting.

Немного староватый номерной фонд. видно, что пора бы уже и обновить косметику. Слабый напор воды в душе, неудобная зона для курения. Завтраки не понравились - ограниченный выбор блюд, цена немного выше стандартной.

The WiFi didnt work well. Was unusable much of the time. It is near the top of a very large tower with about 30 floors. Only two functional elevators so spent a lot of time in the lobby

The room was quite nice and spacious. The serviced apartment was complete with all the items. The staff are quite friendly. Area is nearby Makati CBD. Good for family vacation.

The pool shower are quite far from the pool.

Security deposit of 1000 pesos. They ask me an option - Cash or Credit. So of course i choose Credit because i don't have cash. The thing i don't like is the refund of Security deposit takes longer like 3-4 weeks, Which is not good. If they charged it by credit it supposed to be automatically its PAID. Not just to tell me they will call their bank and CANCELLED it. Thats is not FAIR. I may suggest to them better Charge the security Deposit included in the whole hotel bills and then when check-out return it cash, which is mostly HOTELs i’ve been visited is like doing that protocol or REMIND the Guest during the check-In time that if the options payment of security Deposit is credit., the refund of it takes 3 weeks via credit too, So that the guest is aware. Am I correct?

Nothing really, the pool had a little bit of maintenance happening but nothing major

The breakfast was the best food we had in Manila, very good. The location is good, close to the Green Mile Mall. Clean room, comfy bed, and a great view over the high rises. The transfer service from the airport is highly recommended.

There are a lot of things that need improvement in Manila, but that is not something the hotel can do anything about. The restaurant at the pool where closed when we were there, otherwise we would have tried it.

Cleanliness, proximity to establishments

The bedrooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Staff were lovely and very attentive. It was great to have a pool & fitness centre too.

A bathroom with a bath would have been great as we only had a shower. Other than that, nothing bad to say!

This is my second stay at Sphere Serviced Residences. I had a great experience previously and that's why I booked it again. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff throughout-Security, Front Desk, and Housekeeping. Free wifi throughout the property worked well and fast. Room was well maintained and clean, and outfitted in the bathroom and the kitchen/dining area. Came with a mini fridge and an electric hot water kettle. Had adequate outlets to plug all my devices for charging. Great location, as the front is of the condotel is closer to the hub of Makati, and the rear is more residential and had great scenery, with tree lined streets and restaurants galore. There's a Mercury Drug store within a couple of blocks and a 7-Eleven directly across the front of the condotel. It is conveniently close to Greenbelt and Glorietta, and St. Luke's Hospital, BGC, is only a short Grab ride away, also providing access to SM Aura, Market Market and High Street within BGC.

The shower in the rooms in the two times I stayed at this property (different floors) had a design defect, as the water leaked from the shower to the floor, which is adjacent to the toilet. I had to request for extra bath floor towels, to prevent me from having to step on the water that was on the floor. But Housekeeping gladly provided me with all the floor towels I needed every day, so it was a minor inconvenience.

My room was both spacious and clean, with a location conveniently close to malls and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room rate was great for both the accommodations and the area. I highly recommend it to those seeking a budget-friendly place to stay in the heart of Makati.
