Il proprietario molto disponibile mi ha lasciato l'appartamento oltre orario di check out avendo il rientro la sera.
Qualche utensile in più in cucina come un tagliere e qualche sapone in più per la doccia.

Mancano in cucina sale olio ecc e qualche strofinaccio in più non guasterebbe. Anche detersivo per lavatrice visto che c'è. Per il resto tutto molto bene.

Self catered
Could do with a little makeover just cosmetic but this wasn’t a problem… new blind in bedroom and maybe an update of bed frames.. just a few tweaks would make it superb and competition is rife 😊😎

Just 20 mins walk away from Yumbo center, packed with plenty of shops, bars... Maspalomas dunes and beaches are at 25 - 30 mins walk away. The perfect place to relax.

Very good location, next to the bus stop, you can go to mountains or port cities. There is a small, good supermarket 20 steps away, where you can buy food, water, fresh fruit and freshly baked bread. Beautiful, clean pool, sunbeds. Closed area, safe.
The bed mattresses are worn out, uncomfortable. Pillows have lost their shape, worn out. Definitely need new pillows.

The location, safe environment, layout of the bungalow.
Interior of the bungalow was dated, drawers broken, metal bed frame and poor mattress, cooking facilities and lack of adequate pots and pans, TV, spiders on surfaces and the bedroom, very cold pool, lack of recycling facilities

Apartment was lovely, needed a bit of an update but was very comfortable throughout my stay. Great pool area not to busy or lots of kids, had a super chill vibe. was private also. CCTV also made me feel comfortable. Has a mashing machine also so super helpful and iron!
Didn't like the sofa cover as was very dirty but just used a spare blanket to cover so wasn't an issue.
Kitchen very difficult to cook, needs better utensils. no sharp knifes and non stick pans.
I booked an apartment expecting to cook most meals, but was a struggle to cook eggs.

Arranged time to meet with owner at the property which was perfect for me.

Property was exactly as advertised and perfect for my stay. It was clean and attractive with everything I needed. Easy access to buses and city centre/beach. Lovely neighbourhood, convenient coffee shop and shopping centre on corner. The owner was very responsive to questions before arriving and helpful during my stay. This is the place I would strongly recommend Would definitely use this property again!
