Great Location - good size Bungalow

Property needs a bit of modernisation and more attention to cleanliness, we had ants in our bungalow

We have stayed here before and it was as good as we remembered. All the staff were helpful, polite and knowledgeably. We feel we must take this opportunity to make a special mention to Luca one of the children's club entertainers. We would like to thank him for making our grandson Harry's holiday special and memorable. He enjoyed all the entertainment that was put on by the hotel expecially the pool mat in the afternoon. very clean and the room was big and comfortable. The balcony was great and on the sunny side 😎great staff everywhere in the hotel.

It’s time to fresh up the rooms , the sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable but that did not matter because of a grate wether.

only strange thing was the master bedroom with the on suite had two single beds and the second bedroom had the double bed

loved the bungalow, the entertainment staff and the heated swimming pools

they could have changed the bed sheets more often

it was not good that half of the hotel never got sun on the balconys. we changed rooms but the rest of my family did not get any sun on their balconys.

Like the out side are. The pools. You need to have more staff at the pool bar to muche for one person

That I paid the same value of money and had no sun no in the morning, mid ore evening 😞

The property was very clean and friendly staff. The kids club was super hit 😊

In the restaurants the staff couldn’t help identity the ingredients on the food buffet.

there were antsin the fridge and cocroaches in the bathroom and bedroom - however i understand Its hard to get rid of them on the island on the ground flor. nevertheless if you take the shower you want privacy Or at least different company:)

Great location close to everything. The apartments have everything you need for a your holiday. They are spacious and clean. The staff here are friendly and helpful and the bar staff and pools are great.

Not being able to extend our room on our last day.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the pools were a good temperature. A lot of breakfast options & the reception staff helped us with booking Palmitos Park (animal park). It was great :-) The animation staff were really nice and accommodating. They allowed us to have a late check out & gave us access to storage & changing facilities which was very helpful as we had a late flight.

We are very polite and friendly so it was a bit upsetting how some of the guests were behaving towards us. Due to this we didn't take advantage of the half board we paid for more than once as we felt more comfortable venturing out of an evening for dinner.

Location, pool area very accomadating with plenty of room and seating. Rooms very comfortable, modern and clean with full cooking utilities.

That you cant pay for a sunny balcony you need to wait a few days sometimes a week for a sunny balcony because half of the hotel has no sun on the balcony 🙈🌞 And on weekend the cleanig staff came at 8.30/9.30 but other days at 2 or 3 🤨

We stayed in the bungalows , they were fantastic. Cleaned every day. The resort was fab and great value for money. Would definitely visit again.

Breakfast was lovely. It is possible to buy a voucher for a weeks breakfast and you receive 2 dinner vouchers for the evening buffet which worked out well.

we were given room number 172 and the balcony never gets the sun. this was disappointing and balconies on higher floors on the opposite side,,rooms such as 260 or 360 get much better sun. I enjoy sunny mornings when on holiday so I know I am away but we never had that experience at Sol Barbacan. Reception dont tell you either that you're getting that. Our balcony was huge but not very useful as the weather wasnt warm enough and certainly not out of the sun. Otherwise the room/apartment was nice, we had TV channels etc and the power from the shower was amazing.
