We had a lovely short 4 day stay in Dubrovnik. Ana met us at the apartment and very kindly had supplied us with some food & milk& orange juice as we arrived on Easter Sunday and the supermarket was not open. It was very thoughtful of her. She gave us a tour of the apartment and gave us tips about the area.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a balcony with stunning views of the walls.
It was a short 10/15 minute walk into the town.
We enjoyed a trip to Lokrum, walks around the walls and even a sit on the beach.
Overall it was a fantastic trip.
Thank you Ana for your kindness and hospitality, hopefully we will visit again 😊

Awe-inspiring view to wake up to and to launch you into sweet dreams! The apartment is spotless, well-organized, and very functional for a lovely stay in Dubrovnik. I loved my morning and return walk every day into the old Town, while experiencing the Adriatic the whole while. Ana was a fabulous host, attending to our needs in just moments every time! My husband was ill fir a few days, and she was extra helpful and supportive. The views alone make this a great choice for a week in Dubrovnik, but Ana’s excellent attention to every need and detail make it a stronger candidate for a beautiful stay!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. Ana was a great host. She organised transport to and from the airport and with our luggage. The apartment was lovely, very clean, comfortable and spacious and Ana provided some groceries and fruit. The stairs up to the apartment were a bit challenging for us oldies but the magnificent view from the balcony made it well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. Thank you Ana.

Also it locate in close proximity to the small Supermarket and Close to the beach. Only one minus are a Lot of steps to go Up and down several Times a day. For the people with the Bad knees supported to be some concerns Otherwise , IT IS perfect place to enjoy and relax a beatiful time in Croatia.

Appartment Noa is a great appartement withing around 15 minutes walk from the old town of Dubrovnic. There are 2 small supermarkets en route between the town and the flat.
We were greeted on arrival with a smile and some basics like milk, eggs, butter etc in the fridge and bread in the bread bin.
The view from the little balcony is fabulous and inside the airconditioning keeps temperatures manageable during the hottest part of the day.
We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We were very well received, guided by our host who is very dynamic, caring and pleasant. The apartment is very well equiped, calm, spacious, fresh with an extraordinary view and a nice location (not far from the center and near a beach). Our host was good advice for our stay and parking too. It was really great for us! We recommend!

Our host helped arrange transportation from the airport and even before we arrived was helping us get settled for our time in Dubrovnik. She showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment, provided extra items that helped us and told us about all of the things to do around the area. She directed us on how to get to places as well as was available during our stay for any questions/needs. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Was very clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We couldn’t have asked for a better location with easy access to public transportation, Old Town, and beaches. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had all of the conveniences of home. Ana made everything so easy from assisting with travel arrangements to and from the airport, having bread, milk and fruit available upon arrival, and offering suggestions on things to do and restaurants to try.

We stayed for two weeks in this apartment. It’s very roomy and clean. It’s a 15 minute walk down to the old town. The walk back up is a little tougher but if you have a bus pass, just jump on and it takes you right to the bottom of the stairs leading up to the apartment. There are lots of stairs in Dubrovnik! Ana was very responsive and kind. She insisted on carrying our heavy luggage up and down the stairs for us and brought clean linens after the first week’s stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay and our host Ana and was very helpful. Hong was amazing with helping us take our luggage in when we did not find parking beside the building We had not realized that parking was limited so we had to park a ways away and walk but we got used to it and it was fine. Everything else was great! Thank you for making it easy for us!

From the moment we booked our reservation, we had great communication with the owner. The view from the balcony was perfect. It was our first trip to Croatia and Dubrovnik was our first stop. Perfect way to start our holidays. Cannot thank Ana and Hong for the great guest relations!

We had a lovely stay at Ana’s apartment - Nora. It was a smooth process throughout including the airport transfer and check in. Apartment is quite spacious and well laid out. It’s actually bigger than the pictures suggest. View from the balcony is simply stunning and you would want to be there watching the sun set. Old town is 15 minutes walk from the property with a local shop hardly 5 minutes walk away. Ana’s attention to detail at the apartment is amazing - right from colour coded towels to milk, juice, bread, fruits etc she kindly left for us for breakfast. Bus stop is at the bottom of the steps but we didn’t need to use it. We took the Number 10 bus to Cavtat from outside the cable car stations and half a day there waking around the peninsula. Dubrovnik is amazing with friendly people and dreamlike surroundings.
Ana even organised our trip to Montenegro which was quite cost effective and personalised as compared to the online companies. You could spend half a day at Kotor climbing up the stunning town walls that take you up the mountain. Lunch at the steakhouse next to train station at Kotor was amazing and very cheap (it’s next to the train station about 100metres to your right if you are facing the entrance to the Kotor old town).
Overall we had a great time and would love to return to Dubrovnik and Ana’s apartment!!

We had an excellent stay at this flat. The views are amazing! The flat was really well equipped and the bread etc. that was left was very much appreciated. It’s a lovely walk into the old town which is only 10 minutes so the location is ideal. Would definitely recommend.

Ana was an amazing host. And the property was spotless, clean and convenient. It was even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is just incredible. You will want to be home for dinner and sunset every night. Walking to old town was super easy. And bus routes just at the bottom of the stairs can take you anywhere in the city. Ana was the most gracious host and even carried my huge luggage down and up the stairs!! Her hospitality and welcome treats (fruits, toast, juice) we’re so appreciated and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a pleasant homestay with amazing view. I did almost every single recommendation that Ana told me and my week here was perfect. Can’t wait to return one day.

Check in process was very smooth. Apartment well appointed. 15-20 minute walk to Old Town or if you can catch a bus (bus stop for #6 and #8 bus is at the bottom of the stairs) it's just a short bus ride.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Location was great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Air con kept the place nice and cool. Washing machine was great. Host was really lovely & helpful. The view was insane!! We loved spending evenings on the balcony. Would definitely book again

This property is perfect for a Dubrovnik stay. It's less than 2 kilometers from the old city, near two beaches, and right on the bus route that goes both to the old city and to other places as well. The property is simply decorated and is very clean. The main areas are air conditioned and the bedrooms have fans. We were there during a heat wave and we were always comfortable. The kitchen has the basic necessities plus a few extras and, in the three weeks we lived there, we cooked several fairly complex meals at home. But the true joy of the property is the patio, which overlooks the Adriatic Sea and the island of Lokrum; to the right, one can see the walls of the old city. We never tired of sitting out there, early mornings for coffee, evenings for a last glass of wine, and we certainly never tired of the view. The property comes with a washer that, unusual for Europe, does not go for 90 minutes but allows one to get the laundry done in a reasonable amount of time. The only slight drawback to the property are the stairs required to get to it. Our legs got stronger while we were there and we'd go back in a heartbeat, but for anyone with issues with mobility, walking up the stairs is challenging. There is simply no access to it without going either up or down about 75 stairs. That is true for almost all of Dubrovnik, but our strategy was to walk down the 75 stairs to the bus, and when we came home, take a taxi to the upper road and then walk the other 75 stairs down to the property. I would most strongly suggest not renting a car, as the on-street parking is limited, the street is narrow, the buses go everywhere, and there is virtually no place to park near the old city. Ana, who manages the property, is such a jewel and so helpful (even with luggage!) and kind. Her English is very good and she has lists of good restaurants and sites to see, as well as many guidebooks. Her hospitality is incredible; she had a driver waiting for us at the airport.

We had a wonderful week staying at this apartment. Ana was so helpful and organised our pick ups to and from the airport. She welcomed us and insisted on carrying our luggage down the stairs. She explained everything to us about the apartment and showed us that there is now a new bathroom and a new kitchen which was a lovely surprise.
Ana was also able to give us a lot of helpful information about Dubrovnik with lots of suggestions and recommendations of what to do. She was very happy for us to contact her if we needed any help via text message or Whatsapp.
The apartment was very clean and each of us had a set of towels in a particular colour which was an excellent idea. There are also beach towels to use which is great and with a washing machine to use you can keep on top of washing all your swimming items and there is a separate outdoor area which is great for drying clothes.
Ana had left us some milk, juice, tea, coffee and some bread as well as a bowl of fruit. This was very much appreciated. She also provided some dishwasher tablets as well as detergent capsules for the washing machine which was extremely helpful.
The apartment has two air conditioning units in the lounge and hall, the bedrooms do get very hot but there are fans. While we were in Dubrovnik it was 30 degrees at night for a few nights which was a struggle to cope with!
The view from the apartment is simply stunning and changes each day with the different cruise ships and boats who moor up.
Our top tips for a stay in Dubrovnik are;
You don’t need to hire a car, it is all very walkable.
Use Uber instead of local taxis, it is must cheaper.
Be aware that there are lots and lots of steps!!
Dubrovnik is very expensive so it would be worth stocking up on food provisions from Lidl so that you can eat some meals at the apartment (just check the traffic first!)
There are local shops but they are very limited in what they stock especially in terms of toiletries.
You get charged when using your credit card so would be better to bring cash with you or use a Post Office card (UK).
The beaches are stony so beach shoes or flip flops are a must!!
St Jacob beach is much nicer than Banje beach and is quieter with a fab beach bar!
Sunset kayaking is a fantastic excursion.
Avoid the middle of the day as it gets soooo hot!
Thankyou Ana, we loved our stay and loved Dubrovnik!

This is a beautiful apartment with the most stunning view of Old Town!
It's in an excellent location, very clean and tidy and fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay! Ana is a very attentive host and so helpful. We tried out a few of her recommendations for food and they did not disappoint!
There are steps to get up to the apartment but you get used to them quickly and just tell yourself you're burning off some extra cals for some gelato!
Thank you for having us Ana, you made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay with you again.

To die for view from a lovely apartment
All good. Apartment bigger than suggested by pictures, clean and functional. Friendly welcome from Ana and relatives. Always a pleasure to come back and sit on the balcony and watch the boats coming in and out of the old town and round Lokrum. Used all phone storage taking pictures of the view !

Approx 80 stairs to apartment but the incredible view of Lokrum Island and the Old Town from the balcony more than make up for it. Approximately 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town and about 15 minutes to the pretty Sveti Jakov beach. The kitchen and bathroom are recently remodeled. Ana was a most accommodating host, giving great advice for sightseeing options. The friendly Niksa picked us up from the airport for 200kn.

As previously reported the apartment is exactly as it appears in the photographs. It is very clean and well stocked. The welcome pack including tea, coffee, bread milk and a big bowl of fruit was a welcome surprise. Ana is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property

Spacious apartment close to city centre
We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed our time very much. Ana, the property manager, was by far the best communicator and very efficient and informative. She was on hand throughout our stay, organising any trips, giving us key information and answering our questions. We have not experienced such good customer service anywhere, ever. Her mum was also delightful and gave our little girls a parting gift.
The apartment was very clean and well stocked with essentials including milk, bread, fruit etc to start us off. There was also a washing machine which came in very handy indeed. There was no microwave to warm up milk but this didn’t bother us as there was a milk pan and two gas and two electric hobs.
The views from the apartment were beautiful. You can see the old city and sea, which was such a lovely sight each morning.
The apartment is about 20 mins from the airport, it has a bus or two into town but we struggled to get a bus that came back to the apartment in the same time (think this was due to the one way system around the old city and we never quite worked it out) so we just took taxis back for about 50kn (not bad). The bus costs 15kn per person. Walking to and from town was also an option, taking us about 15-20 mins with the kids. Coming back to apartment is uphill a bit so be mindful of that.
The only negative for us was the number of steps to the apartment (around 85) with lots of luggage and two toddlers. But, we made it! Once we had moved in, it wasn’t so bad going up and down with the kids. Good exercise for those who don’t mind it. Parking is also limited to on street parking.
There are two lovely beaches nearby. Jakub and Banje. Banje has less steps to get to it and there is a nice restaurant/bar and nightclub right there. Two sun loungers and umbrellas cost us 200kn. Jakub has a cafe/bar and there are a lot of steps to that beach. It is also nice and secluded but our favourite beach was on Island Lopud, simply fantastic! Do the one of the three island boat trips.
We enjoyed our stay and would love to return again in the future. Wouldn’t mind staying at the apartment again as we enjoyed our stay. We probably won’t bother with a car hire next time as easy to get around Dubrovnik on foot. There are boat taxis that go to neighbouring towns like Mlini and Cavtat and boat trips to the islands. Lots of buses around the city and vicinity, too.
Thank you Ana and Jasna. We miss it all already! X

The view is even better in real life
Ana is an absolutely wonderful host. We had a great time at her apartment and enjoyed many lazy mornings eating breakfast on the balcony and watching the sunset at night. I would highly recommend this as a place to base yourself during Dubrovnik.

The apartment was spotless and the location is perfect Ana’s little touches made it even better
It is 87 steps and a short 20 minute walk down to the old town and 20 minutes and 87 stairs back up and worth every step just for the view from the patio the apartment is spacious kitchen great pretty hard to beat

Our week in Durovnik
Ana made everything so perfect for our stay, the provisions in the apartment and her information. The apartment was fantastic with such lovely views and our week was relaxing with visits to Cavtat on two occasions.
The only thing we would say that on the description about the apartment and where it was situated it was slightly exaggerated, we fully understood before our visit Dubrovnik was very steep with lots of steps, but the description said it was 10 minutes to the town centre it is not, we timed it every night and it was at least 20 minutes and that was walking at a decent pace.
There are also 85 steps to the apartment which it should state in the description as this could be a game changer to somebody with weak knees and ankles by the end of the week my calf muscles were twice the size! I would recommend the apartment and Ana was wonderful, our only critiscism is the steps should be included and the time it takes to walk to the centre should be changed.

A great apartment with wonderful views
We’ve just come back from staying 11 nights at apartment Noa and we were very sad to leave as it has been a brilliant holiday. The apartment is clean, comfortable and fully equipped with a new bathroom and kitchen. The location is amazing with wonderful views back to the old city and the island of Lokrum, we loved having breakfast on the balcony everyday. Ana gave us excellent advice and was very helpful during our stay, she arranged a pick up from the airport which was cheaper than taking an airport taxi. We have a nine year old daughter who loved going to Sveti Jakov beach everyday, it’s about 10 mins walk down a lot of steps but well worth the effort, there’s a great cafe there too – it’s a good place to watch the sunsets. The old city is 10 mins walk in the opposite direction and is just magical, it’s well worth getting a Dubrovnik card to see all the sights. We hope to be back and would highly recommend this apartment and Dubrovnik.
